I've been attending Alloy for about 9 months now and it's been great. I've tried regular gyms, classes at big gyms, and personal trainers but this place has definitely been the best for what my body needs at this stage of my life. Coach Carli and Coach Cory are fantastic and Kelly makes scheduling a breeze. Because the classes are small the coaches really get to know you and what special modifications you may or may not need. Would highly recommend.

This is the fourth gym I’ve joined since coming to the U.S., and I have to say — it’s by far my favorite! I actually found it almost by accident, but it quickly became like a family to me — not only because of the amazing coaches and staff, but also the friendly members who come here regularly. As someone who recently came from very difficult conditions in my home country, I truly value the honest, kind communication I’ve found here. It means a lot, and I’m deeply grateful for it.
As for the workouts — I’m extremely happy with my results, which I can track using the gym’s equipment. I can also feel the difference in my daily life and even see it in the mirror — my body has changed so much in just six months of training here. I have way more energy and strength for everyday tasks, and I feel much better overall.
I really like that the club’s approach is focused on personal training — the coach pays close attention and adjusts the exercises based on your level, offering easier or more challenging options when needed. The schedule is very flexible, so I can pick morning or evening classes depending on my work.
Thank you for organizing my fitness life so well — I think I’m going to stay with you for a long time!

As a busy working mom, finding time for myself — especially to work out — has always been a challenge. Alloy Fitness has completely changed that for me.
The flexible class times fit perfectly into my hectic schedule, whether I’m squeezing in a session before work or after school drop-off. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and motivating. They understand real-life demands and always meet me where I am, helping me push just enough to keep progressing.
The workouts are efficient and effective — I've gained noticeable muscle and strength without spending hours at the gym. I love the small group format that still feels personalized. Have truly enjoyed working out at Alloy since they put their sign up in February! Besides the welcoming community - Carli is amazing! She makes working out fun - and has truly taken the "personal" piece very seriously. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and works really hard to make sure that I am getting 100% out of every workout. Coach Corey has been an amazing addition. 10/10!

If you are looking for a strength training studio for the over 40 crowd that combines expert coaching, science backed fitness, and a personal touch, Alloy is your place. The coaches prioritize form and injury prevention. I have made noticeable progress in my strength, confidence, and body. Beginners are welcome as the programs are tailored to your fitness level. At times there may be 2 in a class, but I have never had more than 5. If you are serious about getting stronger (and keeping Osteopenia) away, you must give this a try! I do not like big gyms as I need structure and someone keeping me accountable. Plus, there is no contract to sign!

Had a great time at my first session. I haven't worked out in so long. Carly made sure to learn what any modifications I may need due to an injury. Whatever it took to make me comfortable but also effective workouts to ensure I get the most out of the session.

Great staff, everyone is so kind and they truly make it intimate + personable. Gorgeous studio, super clean & plenty of equipment. Alloy really puts you hard at work but for the best!

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to keep Coach Carli all to myself. Also, let me start off by saying I never leave reviews unless something is very very good or very very bad and this is very VERY good. In the last 5 years, I have not consistently stuck to any weight training/work out/gym for more than a few months because it’s either been a very overwhelming, in-your-face, obnoxious experience or the complete opposite, and no one even notices you or cares to say “hello.” Alloy is perfect! It’s the right amount of personal attention and support. The work outs are challenging and leave me feeling accomplished and wanting to come back. The coaches are friendly, motivating, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to invest in you. For the first time I feel like I belong. Highly recommend Alloy - Saddle River.

I have had a great experience at Alloy - Saddle River. As a mature woman it is important to me that the trainer is aware of any modifications I need to make and watches to make sure the exercises are done correctly to avoid injury. Carli is the BEST - she gives everyone personal attention and is always upbeat and positive. Carli has made training a very positive experience. Another great thing about Alloy is that you are paired with someone for your workout. Everyone has been really encouraging and great to workout with. Absolutely no judgements - Try Alloy you will be really happy and proud of yourself.

Highly recommend Alloy - Saddle River. Strength training and classes can feel very intimidating but I never feel that way going into a session, and I definitely feel great afterwards. It's a very supportive environment and the fact that I have been consistent for a few months so far (which is very not on brand if you know me) and still enjoy it says a lot. It's challenging for sure, but I look forward to each session and the goal of getting stronger week by week!

The set up at Alloy is great - small classes, undivided attention from the trainer (Carli) and fantastic equipment. The exercises that you do at each session are different so it always feels new and exciting and its an added bonus that you are working on different areas each time you go. What really makes Alloy (Saddle River) amazing though is Carli, the head trainer. She is an absolute boss babe and simply brilliant. She always gives clear instruction, helps you to adjust if you aren't doing the exercise correctly, and if you want to focus on a particular issue, she comes up with an exercise to help you achieve that. She's also just super friendly, approachable and a great laugh - just making the whole session fun and enjoyable which can't always be said about the gym! I've noticed an improvement in all my fitness indicators after a couple months and I can't wait to see my progress as I continue with Coach Carli!
