Alpha Athletics is where I began training my Sophomore year of high school and where I continued to train in my collegiate and professional offseason this past winter. Christian & Dennis helped me change the trajectory of my athletic career and the atmosphere and relationships in the gym made that process even more enjoyable. Simply put, Alpha has been in my corner for close to 8 years, and there is no where else I’d rather train, I trust Christian & Dennis and their results speak for themselves.

I’ve been training here for years. Dennis and Christian are attentive and flexible with my program, and customize my exercises each week to meet me where I’m at. The gym is clean and easy to get to, I wouldn’t train anywhere else!
