We offer both traditional and online personal training services that take all of the guesswork out of fitness and nutrition for you. I can't say enough good things about Kyle (and, though I don't work out with the rest of his team, they're just so incredibly lovely too).
I was looking for a trainer that could help me with my very specific workout goals and limitations (I have MS and had corrective Scoliosis surgery many years ago) and Kyle was recommended to me. I'm so glad he had an opening! Kyle takes a very scientific and compassionate approach. I feel like he meets me on my level, allows me to have fun and is SUPER accommodating to my MS Symptoms. I had a day where I really was struggling with balance and had some tears come out, and he just took it in stride and was incredibly compassionate and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all.
I also really appreciate that he always asks about my wife and remembers little things about our conversations. I know he sees a huge amount of people, but I still feel that ultra personalized touch with every interaction we have!
If you're thinking about making the investment in yourself, just do it! You'll leave feeling stronger and empowered in your own body, which is honestly priceless :)

The community that Kyle has cultivated at Anderson Sport and Fitness is truly something special. As a woman with no previous weight training experience and relatively sedentary lifestyle, I was really anxious about starting something new. Kyle took the time to tailor a program to my specific goals and actually listened to my preferences and concerns. He's supportive, and encouraging while also pushing me to reach goals I hadn't thought possible. With just over a year of regular training I've gone from never having lifted weights to getting close to deadlifting 200lbs. Kyle has created a space where exercise is actually enjoyable (don't tell him I said that...) and where I am not only getting stronger but learning correct form. Everyone I've met or interacted with at the studio has been friendly and welcoming and there is no shortage of laughter exchanged between clients and trainers throughout the session. Kyle is the most dedicated trainer.
I recently switched from doing in-person sessions to using his personalized training sessions on the app. I do not feel the slightest sacrifice in his personal, direct, prompt, insightful feedback to my workouts. It's a phenomenal option for my current needs. His video demos for each exercise are excellent, his communication, explanation, how-to etc., are all perfect. Kyle has built Anderson Sport Fitness into a true concierge offering - 5 star all the way, in every respect. I am grateful I found him. I cannot overstate this enough.

Couldn’t recommend enough. I started in November of 2023 with Nick and he’s - dare I say - made working out as close to fun as it can get for me. He’s always got a great attitude, is really personable, and is really cognizant of goals. Nick really does take a very personal approach with his clients and goes the extra mile. I have never been someone who "worked out," but as age creeps up on me, I realized that I needed to get moving and start taking care of ME! A dear friend of mine recommended Kyle to me. I had his contact information for a few weeks before I finally reached out. I hesitated because I was nervous; gyms have never been my thing, and I was afraid I would be uncomfortable and unable to do what I needed to do. I would highly recommend working with Kyle for a personalized and thorough workout experience. Enter Kyle Anderson of Anderson Sport and Fitness. This guy changed our lives. My wife and I NEVER felt better about ourselves since we’ve been training with Kyle. We started with Kyle twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings since July 2020 and we can’t tell you how much we both look forward waking up to train with him. He challenges us from start to stop! He knows how to get the best out of me and my wife. He is truly inspirational, motivational, and educational and what I mean about educational is that Kyle educates us on proper form and proper technique. Kyle makes sure you’re not just going through the motions, he explains to you what muscles are being used and how to use the “mind, muscle connection” when doing the exercise. It’s never the same exercises, Kyle puts thought into his training plan and we reap the benefits. My wife and I are especially fond of the “core” workouts, as again he educated us on how a lot comes from the core and having a strong core is key. We have a certain PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) now that we’ve been training with Kyle, we feed off his positive attitude and know that if it doesn’t challenge us it doesn’t change us. Kyle has not only helped us transform physically but has helped transform us mentally how we think about working out and striving to be and feel our best. Lastly, Kyle helps keep us accountable by reviewing our food by using MFP (MyFitnessPal). This gives us the accountability to him to let him know while we work hard training with him, we work hard eating the right balance of foods. He gives us weekly feedback on our nutrition. What else could you ask for; Kyle really is a great guy and an amazing trainer who will get you to where you want to be, not only physically but mentally. Programs tailored to You, what equipment you already have to work with and nutrition monitoring. For an app it’s a personal feel with regular communication. I’ve been working with Kyle for almost 3 years now. Originally in person and now through the app. If I had to share a way to improve the app it would be a hologram of Kyle in my basement for me to talk to!
I have found great success with the app - it is challenging and has a nice variety of routines that Kyle personally selects for me weekly. The videos help me when I’m not sure.
I have found I work out more now than I did before the app. I Love it!!

Anderson Sport & Fitness is excellent to work with. Kyle is dedicated to the research and science behind fitness, and he designs just the right program for each individual. My strength and overall fitness improved so much, and I feel much more confident when going to the gym and working out on my own.
