I’ve really enjoyed the Wednesday 5:30 PM class at Arch Training in Freehold led by Jason. He explains each workout clearly, pushes me when I need it, and is always accommodating if I need modifications. Jason also keeps the energy high, which makes the class fun and motivating. The community at Arch is incredibly supportive and uplifting. Everyone encourages each other. I couldn’t recommend the gym and Jason enough!

Awesome gym! Arch has the best of both worlds, great open gym and challenging group fitness classes. Lysanne is an amazing trainer! I have learned so much working with her. She is so knowledgeable and very welcoming, and so fun!!!

This gym isn’t just the best in the area — it’s the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. The staff and members have truly become like family. I’ve been going here for years and now train at both locations, and the energy, community, and quality are unmatched.

I started out taking classes at their other location, which were nothing short of incredible. But as my goals changed, I wanted to focus more on strength. I still remember sitting down with Jordan years ago and telling him, “I just want to be strong,” without even knowing what that really meant. Fast forward a few years, and I’ve achieved goals I never thought were possible.

Every trainer I’ve worked with has pushed me to grow in new ways, and now training with Syd has been no different — she pushes me to my max every session and somehow always knows when I have more to give.

The equipment is top-notch, the environment is always welcoming, and everyone is so supportive — from beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether you’re there for open gym or classes, it’s a place that motivates you to show up and give your best every time.

This place has helped me build not only physical strength, but confidence and resilience I didn’t know I had. I can’t recommend it enough.

Love the new location!
I went today and was really impressed the gym looks amazing! Everything is super clean, high quality, and they’ve added the latest equipment (especially in the glute training area love it!). They offer great classes for all levels, even beginners, and the vibe is always positive. It’s never overcrowded, which makes it perfect for getting in a focused workout without waiting for machines. Definitely one of my favorite gyms around!

Arch Training (Freehold) has it all! Open gym with incredible equipment, classes and programs that push you to the limit but still allow you to progress at your own pace. Arch has the absolute BEST coaches and community of members at every fitness level - and we all support each other. As someone who has been both a coach and member of many gyms in the Monmouth county area, I can confidently say Arch is by far the best I have ever seen! Not to mention the flexibility to go to both locations and recovery rooms to support getting back to your best. If you haven’t checked out Arch training Freehold, you absolutely should!

The new Arch Training facility in Freehold is AMAZING! Beautiful equipment set-up, unique recovery room for any type of training, and all the best classes and trainers. Their expertise in the industry is unmatched, very impressive expansion off the marlboro location. Excited to be a part of an even bigger Arch community.
