Breath, yoga and meditation... it brought the desired balance in my daily life. Sound sleep, low mental chatter and more centeredness - really balanced my outside and inside. Location is convinient, teachers are very friendly and personal, ample parking. I hope they opened all week. Currently courses and follow ups are avaliable on Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sundays only.

Grateful to have been introduced to Art of living. All the teachers and volunteers are very warm and welcoming. It's much more than yoga/meditation/knowledge. It's a beautiful family. Once you go there, it would be hard for you to feel you are not part of the family. They have techniques that will help you get rid of your stress, anxiety and lead a more happy life. I would highly recommend it for everyone.

Art of Living (AOL) Mahwah NJ center is truly a "Home away from Home".... The teachers, volunteers and all other AOL members are very friendly and always have a smiling face and a Yes mind. I have done many programs like Happiness Program, Yoga, Meditation etc... The best part that impressed me is the fact that there are weekly follow ups on Yoga, Meditation and breathing exercise ( Sudarshan Kriya)....
This has helped me maintain a good balance of Mind and Health.....
AOL also offers program for kids like the Art Excel, Yes course and Sri Sri Gurukul. My kids always look forward to repeat the programs and do follow ups at the center. These programs have also helped my kids improve their focus, concentration and their health. I would strongly recommend every one to do the AOL courses.

Art of living Mahwah centre it is not just a centre, it's a sweet home with lots of love and fun. I go there every weekend for follow up. I am so fortunate to have a very dynamic and mindblowing teachers ( PREM BHAIYA AND SHILPA DIDI). They are very creative and friendly. My son is going there for Gurukul every Saturday. In Gurukul they are teaching Yoga, Meditation, Sanskrit Language, Shlokas, Moral Values, Ayurveda and lots of fun. Every Saturday we go there for Sahaj Meditation follow up and Amazing Satsang. We are very lucky to have awesome centre as a second home. Every month we have a lots of activities, events and courses. We have very energetic and motivational volunteers. The breathing technique they offer is very unique and yoga and meditation give more depth into that.
The program they offer change my life physically, mentally and I became a new person.
It is very simple and can easily adopt to every day life.
They offer same program they offer for kids ages 8-13 and 14 to 18. The new generation go through lots of stress they badly need this.

Art of Living Mahwah is not just a Happiness center by name but truly it is. I live quite a distance from Mahwah at least 40 miles away. But I still don't mind driving to this center whether repeating my Happiness program or long kriya or weekly follow ups. The reason being the center teachers(Prem & Shilpa) are very dynamic and creative in whatever they do and they do inspire you through their dedication and involvement to Art of Living. Center volunteers another examples for their true dedication and they see you as part of one family with a big smile on their face that makes you feel "You Belong Here". - Jai Gurudev

Art of living Mahwah is a very dynamic and yet peaceful place , where you can just be urself learning and experiencing all the different programs like yoga , breathing , meditation and at the same time celebrating life . This is one place to me where I see people come from diff backgrounds and yet are connected like one big family. It's like my 2nd home . I look forward to attending the follow ups every week and meeting everyone . Each of their program is very unique and brings about something new in you every single time . Teachers and volunteers are super awesome 😍... And everyone working there is a volunteer , in-spite of their professional, family life , kids etc they are there for you no matter what! Anytime you see a happiness program at their center just go for it , you will not regret it !!

Mahwah AOL meet is very very active and lively. Love going there. There are 2 followups in a week. Sunday 11am and Thursday 7pm usually. Post followup teachers also play good knowledge CDs of guruji. Then we have experience sharing. We have special celebrations and fun activities on festivals like holi, shivratri and other special occasions. They also teach Vedic maths to kids there. People can bring their kids, the kids are taken care well during long kriya by other volunteers, kids get to spend time by doing coloring and sketching.
