This training facility is ideal for young athletes. The coaches are hand picked and HIGHLY skilled. The level of baseball knowledge that is taught sets them apart from the rest. They learn in depth situational awareness and strategic plays simulated by game like scenarios. My son has learned more in his 1 year of training than we could have ever expected. His hitting, catching, speed and general fielding abilities have grown significantly. We couldn’t be happier. Well worth every dollar. In a time where youth sport coaching can be quite disgraceful, this faculty is staffed with only role models and mentors.

My husband had $500 in credit for golf lessons. Turns out the golf company was acquired by Athletic Republic Escape. He tried to schedule a lessons today and they advised him “they had no record of the credit” and instead informed him they can offer him discounted golf lessons as a courtesy. Awful customer service and very unethical. Any righteous company would honor this credit as they don’t want to ruin their name and want to keep their clients happy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Athletic Republic is not just another place to train or work out. My son is 13 and nothing comes easy for him. Ross is his trainer and in just a couple months, he has transformed his mindset… his confidence, the way he views his body, his thoughts around food. He’s learned to push himself. Escape is hands down the best gym in which I’ve worked out. The trainers are all qualified and attentive. The equipment is kept clean. My son started baseball training as well as weight training and he’s extremely happy with Christian as well as the rest of the staff. They really are a big family. Since moving from NY we were unsuccessful in finding a trainer that actually knows what they’re doing, until we found Christian. I can honestly say Christian cares is dedicated and committed in helping these young men improve their skills. Great equipment and facility overall.

I started coming to this gym to help me get back on my feet after I broke my foot. I have had a great experience here with the coach’s especially Ross. He helped me gain my strength of my foot and get it even stronger than it was. I then started going to classes to get stronger and for flexible than I was and I am now a better athlete and stronger and have had great progress here
