Training at BAM has been an incredible experience from day one. I work with Trainer Nick three times a week, and every single session is dialed in with real attention to detail. He doesn't just put you through a workout, he teaches you proper form, customizes everything to your specific goals, and makes sure you are progressing safely and consistently. So, i've been training with nick since march of this year.He came up with a customized workout plan for a guy My age in my mid fifties that really built my strength and endurance up it showed me that you're never too old to get stronger.And get in shape, I feel better.Now than I have in the last fifteen years, nick is such a motivational guy.He really gets you moving and constantly pushes you to your limits So that you can get past them i recommend BAM fitness for anybody looking to get better, stronger. Me and my brother been going to BAM Fitness for 5 months now and nick is our personal trainer.When i started my weight was 240 lbs now i weigh 206lbs me and my brother dont know nothing when we started but nick guide both of us.we just told him our goal and follow his lead…we only do 2 session every week because i always work long hours and got family to take care of…nick adjust to the hours we available and i really appreciate it…we see improvement on our strength.thank you nick

I'll preface this by saying I'm a casual lifter that goes to the gym about 3 to 4 times a week. I went to my first Saturday class, and boy did I get the work. I was huffing and puffing after the first few stations of our circuit workout. We were constantly moving even during inbetween breaks, so our bodies could stay loose. I'd normally just be at home watching TV, but getting a early midday workout in has helped me feel awake and productive. I look forward to getting my butt kicked in future classes.
