Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about Barre, Pilates and how the body moves. What sets her apart is her ability to break down the movement for all levels to get the most out of their workout. In regards to her Barre Variations training, she breaks down her unique format clearly. There is no guesswork as to how to teach the class. In addition, she is a genuine person, with a welcoming manner and a smile for everyone she meets. I found Barre Variations through Instagram and immediately loved Michelle’s community feel. She has created a space on her website so all levels of instructors and students can feel welcome, and I love the range of workouts from 5 minutes to longer with different styles and formats.
