I can’t say enough amazing things about this gym. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The entire place is spotless every single day — the equipment, the floors, the bathroom — everything is always clean, organized, and clearly taken care of with pride.
My trainer, Marc, has been absolutely incredible. His knowledge, patience, and dedication shine through in every session. He pushes me in the best way, meets me where I’m at, and helps me grow stronger week after week. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it makes all the difference.
And Brandon, the owner — he sets the tone for the whole place. He’s kind, professional, and always present, making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. You can see how much heart he puts into this gym, and it shows in the atmosphere, the culture, and the amazing team he’s built.

I’ve been going to BD fitness for about two months now, and I love it! Everyone is super friendly and it’s such a positive vibe when you walk in! I work with Kevin and he listens to what my goals are and helps point me in the right direction ! They were all super accommodating when I was stuck without a babysitter and allowed me to bring my girls with me. So happy I found this place. Nothing beats some good one on one training! From the consultation, body scans and tracking food they are aware of your goals and help you achieve them in a healthy way. The facility is a clean and safe environment. This is not your everyday gym atmosphere, you come in and have the full attention of your trainer to push you to your full potential. I first started training at BD fitness back in 2023 and Kevin is my trainer. The atmosphere at the gym is very welcoming and all the trainers there are very friendly. Not only did I lose weight/ body fat I increased my strength and overall health. I achieved my goals plus more. I achieved more than I thought I could. Training with Kevin has been a great experience and he pushes you to reach your goals. He is very helpful and has a lot of knowledge. Kevin was also helpful with making a workout plan for me and with my diet. He is friendly and easy to talk to too. I genuinely enjoyed training at BD fitness and would recommend to anyone.

Couldn't be happier with my progress at this gym. Been training with Brandon for 3+ months, and I've learned so much about proper form of weightlifting and overall fitness. Brandon is not just knowledgeable- he’s a great teacher. In my experience, everybody that works there is extremely nice and were all willing to go the extra mile to support and help you out.
My personal trainer, Jorden bonded with me from the start. He understood my limits, knew how and when to push me harder.
He helped me in realizing my own potential and boosted my confidence.
Jorden not only supported my fitness at the gym, but also provided and encouraged me with a home routine. During my workouts at the gym all the trainers made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was able to answer my questions and aided in showing me proper form.

I have been taking fitness lessons from owner Brandon for almost 3-years working on strength and flexibility. I am in my mid sixties and decided going with a personal trainer versus open gym environment. My strength has increased but my flexibility has really increased, especially in my core and legs. This has helped my golf game as my balance through the swing has improved.
BD Fitness also is a great atmosphere to work out in and I would recommend to anyone who wants to take their fitness to another level to sign up tomorrow.

Definitely recommend BD Fitness Training - whether you just rolled off the couch or are a seasoned athlete. All the trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding. I have been training with Marc for the last couple months. I like the fact that he provides the tools I need (training/macros coaching) to achieve my goals but he also holds me accountable for the rest (workouts outside of BD Fitness Training/diet). Honestly, if you don't achieve the results you're looking for here then you don't have anyone else to blame but yourself.

It’s hard to put into words my gratitude for BD fitness. I started March of 2022 with one goal in mind - to just become more fit.. but so much more has happened over the past year. I’m stronger both physically and mentally, and I have been able to accomplish things I truly never imagined I could. Marc is my trainer and I can’t say enough about how motivating and educated he is. He pushes me every day, but especially on the days I need it the most. I’ve had gym memberships off and on from the time I was 18 until 30, but I NEVER committed for more than a few months at a time. Part of my dedication is due to not wanting to let myself down, but that equally ties into not wanting to let Marc down either. Having a personal trainer is something I recommend to everyone and this is the place to do it. Aside from Marc — Brandon, Dan & Kevin make it such a warm environment to walk into each day I’m there during the week (not to mention they’re all freakin hilarious and my mornings are undoubtedly better because of them). I think it’s pretty normal to feel intimidated by the people surrounding you at a gym, but I have not had a single day where I’ve feel uncomfortable by the men or women who are a part of BD Fitness and that is another reason why I’ve stuck around! Some of the clients have become friends and it’s so nice to see familiar faces of people who are like-minded and eager to better themselves. If you’re hesitant about joining, I hope my experience pushes you to take that next step and make the call! You won’t regret it.

If you are looking for a personal trainer facility that knows their craft from soup to nuts- this is THE place. My husband and I have been clients for a few years now and we will never go anywhere else. They take the time to meet with you and discuss your goals, strengths/weaknesses and food plan. They provide a strength training routine that is challenging but doable and sets you up for success. The trainers all celebrate your success wether it’s weight loss or beating your previous weight lifting weight. Most of all, when you walk the through the doors, everyone is friendly and says “Hello and how are you doing?” You will never feel like you don’t belong or unwelcome here. As a person who always felt intimidated when going into a gym, feeling like I was actually apart of the team was very important to me. Brandon and the rest of the trainers are amazing and I can’t thank them enough for all they do for me and my husband!

BD fitness is the most welcoming and comfortable gym I have ever been to. The owner Brandon Delgado is very knowledgeable on the fitness industry. He is beyond professional and loves to see clients want to better their physical health. After several years of not working out, I knew I needed to get back on track. I had joined gyms in the past, all with the same results of failing to return after awhile. I would go into the gym and work out without a specific plan or goal in mind. I would be cleaning the machines more than I’d be working out. Would it be a “leg day” or should I work on shoulders? I knew the proper techniques but lacked a plan. I also lacked motivation to go. Often times I would talk myself out of going to the gym (too tired, too cold, no energy). Different attempts of getting in shape, all with the same end, I got no where. Sound familiar?
I realized, after some weight loss, I was also losing my muscle tone. I could tell my balance was off and didn’t feel the same strength I had in past years. I now realize I was in my mid-50’s and knew if I didn’t proactively do something, it would be all down hill from there. A quick search into local gyms, I had the choice to do what I’ve done in the past, or do something different. We all know the definition of insanity: “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” So I chose to try something different.
This is where BD Fitness Training comes in. I stopped in one day to see what it was all about after my neighbor recommended them. Making an appointment with Brandon, the gym’s owner, to get a free personal assessment. It was a different look than what I was used to. It was smaller than a typical gym and not a bunch of people milling about gawking at others who are unsure of what they are doing. There weren’t dozens of people mindlessly trotting on treadmills. This was different. Intriguing. The biggest difference with BD Fitness Training was that I got assigned a personal trainer, someone to truly work with me one-on-one. My trainer is Marc, and he is highly motivating and truly knows his stuff. I never feel lost or unsure to what my next exercise would be. He keeps track of my progress and what muscles I should be concentrating on, and pushes me to achieve more than I would have ever done on my own. Marc even cleans down the equipment, something I’d rather not be focusing on in my time at the gym. We worked out a schedule that fits my needs, very flexible if necessary. I no longer have to have an action plan at the gym, Marc takes care of that, logging in what I’ve done and increases the progress for my next visit.
I knew this gym would be more expensive than a $20 monthly membership, but you get what you pay for, right? Best thing was, there were no contracts to sign and no membership fees. You just pay for the time you use the gym. After comparing with other personal trainers, their rates were very reasonable.
I have been coming to BD Fitness Training for over a month now, and I can tell you, with much certainty, I am here to stay. I feel stronger, my balance is back, my confidence is stronger and I am much happier. In addition to the physical benefits, I might add that the camaraderie there is comfortable and friendly. Brandon and Marc are always happy to help, are genuinely concerned with your progress and are very down to earth, always empathetic and helpful with any issues that may be limiting you.

I can not say enough good things about BD Fitness and it’s trainers! At first, I was so overwhelmed, intimidated and apprehensive; because I thought that they would make me uncomfortable, being surrounded by so many fit and experienced people. Total opposite!! I felt so at home, so welcomed and understood! I was encouraged and Pushed to go to limits I didn’t think I was capable of, but not aggressively, so still going at my own pace. I have been doing workouts with a personal trainer at BD Fitness Training since April 2021. The two personal trainers who have worked with me so far are Brandon (the owner) and Dan, both of whom I highly recommend! The gym is clean, well equipped, and has never been overcrowded during any of my workouts. There is a friendly, upbeat and welcoming vibe that is motivating. I give BD Fitness Training five stars!

I love this gym and all the trainers. Every trainer has their cliente. The trainer I am working with is very attentive and up to any challenges I request. Trainers are not an answer to all issues. They are there to support individual goals. I took the time to explain even my most personal issues. My trainer is very empathetic and works with me to achieve my goals. Thank you Dan! The only reason why I give a 4 star is because there is always room for improvement in myself and my attitude.

I didn’t have a good experience with this gym. Well it’s wasn’t the gym I would just say my “trainer”. They offer nutritional training & only thing I was advised to eat was a chicken salad and a shake. I was even told to eat a hot dog before coming to work out. When I was super fit I ate poorly but I was in the gym everyday. So now that I was 40 pounds larger, with no exercise I was really looking forward to getting on a healthy diet. Little to no communication with my “trainer” I would always have to reach out to him. I would send my eating charts to him with absolutely no feed back if I didn’t initiate the conversation. Before leaving this review I tried conversing my concerns with my “trainer” his response was “Thanks for your honesty, best of luck to you”. I was blocked from there Instagram that my “trainer” runs. It was just a very unprofessional experience. I don’t believe all of the trainers are like this at all. Whenever I went (once a week) it was just clients & there trainers everyone was really nice. The owner (Brandon) was ALWAYS kind & would greet me. I really wished I trained with him. I just happened to get a bad trainer. I hired a new trainer last week & he’s done so much more than my “trainer” at gym did in ONE week. There are many other trainers at this gym that train hard & look like they have a great relationships with there clients. I just wasn’t lucky enough. I’m down 10 pounds with my new trainer because he actually seems to care about his clients & my goals not just the money.
I really wished I trained with the owner (Brandon) I watched him work & his clients have amazing results.

I recently reconnected with Brandon. We went to high school together. I found out that he had his own personal training gym, BD Fitness Training, and decided to give it a try! It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience. Here are some highlights:
1) Brandon is a very motivating trainer, and you can tell that he really wants the best for all of his clients. He pushes me to lift more and work out every time I go there for a session. For the first time in years, I feel very motivated to work out, and better myself in that regard.
2) He has an extensive knowledge of various exercises, and is keen on making sure your form is good before you lift heavier weights.
3) He and the other trainers have a very positive attitude in the gym.
I look forward to continuing to train at BD Fitness. Highly recommend!

BD Fitness is an amazing place to workout and train. All the trainers are very nice with outstanding personalities. The owner Brandon, although I don't personally train with him, is very kind and wants to make sure that you're doing well and ready to improve yourself. BD Fitness has some of the latest gym equipment so you can get a great workout in. I look foward to working out there every week with Shaun who is one of the coolest trainers ever.
I would strongly recommend taking the first step to improving yourself physically at BD Fitness!

I would recommend BD Fitness to anyone! There is a wide range of clients, all with different goals so you never feel “out of place” as you might at other gyms. All the trainers are motivating, kind, attentive, and great at what they do, in particular, my trainer Brandon! The environment at BD Fitness is amazing and the perfect place to work out and achieve your goals. It is obvious that the trainers wholeheartedly care about the people they train. I find working out at BD motivating and enjoyable. The guys there are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. Having a personal trainer is really helpful to “Push through” and achieve your goals. I’ve tried a few different places, it’s nice when you find a trainer who enjoys what they do and are focused on you. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Brandon is absolutely the best trainer I have worked with since I started powerlifting! He is so incredibly motivating and continues to find ways to challenge and push me. I've been training with him over a year and a half and continue to be amazed at the progress I've made under his instruction and guidance. His training center is absolutely state of the art and he is always bringing in new equipment to make it better. It is always spotless and clean. The other trainers are also an amazing source of encouragement. I am happy to have found my home and "fitness family" at BD Fitness.👊
Let me also add I find his pricing to be very affordable, and honestly you really get a lot of bang for your buck. He does a lot of work outside of sessions for his clients and is always happy to answer my random text questions.

I have actually enjoyed going to BD Fitness for my workouts. I have started the path to losing weight and having more energy. My trainer Danny is very knowledgeable and patient with me. Danny knows how to accommodate my workouts to fit any issues that might arise. Bd fitness is a very welcoming and enjoyable place to work towards your fitness goals. Every time I enter and exit the facility I am greeted by the Owner and the trainers on staff. It is a well equipped and clean facility. In the last year and a half that I have been going to BD fitness, I have seen many different clients gain success with their goals of competing in fitness competitions, losing weight and maintaining fitness. I have had my issues with my knees and my shoulder and long days at the office where I feel like I couldn’t possibly work out, my trainer (dan)helped me find the right exercises that challenged me while keeping my needs in mind. I showed interest in sports and my work outs have been created with medicine ball throws, box jumps and similar activities. I have learned a lot about form and how to control my body, to achieve the best results in each work out. I have also increased my strength, which I can see with moving from once being challenged by 10 lb bicep curls in the start of my time there to now moving to 20 lb bicep curls with ease.(among other significant improvements in my abs strength and the weight I can squat) Bd fitness has been a place where I have built my strength and experience in weight training while being motivated to work my hardest and have fun.

I've been training with Brandon for 2 years now. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, professional and fun to work out with. I have some old injuries that give me problems now and then, and Brandon is always thoughtful of them when planning my workouts. Also, he and the other trainers at the gym keep that place in tip top shape, it's super clean and stocked with great equipment.
