I’ve been training with coach John for 4 months now, and I can confidently say I’ve discovered muscles I never knew existed, and they all scream at me now (in a good way). Somehow, Coach John makes burpees almost fun and has the magical ability to push you past your limits while still making you laugh through the pain.

Every session feels like equal parts therapy, comedy, and workout. I’m stronger, more confident, and slightly terrified of arm day but I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you want natural results, motivation, and a trainer who’ll cheer you on and roast you when you slack off, Coach John is your person! 💪😂

Quite pleased after only 1 week of workouts at 3 times per week. I’ve lost a total of 10 pounds just by changing my dietary mindset and following thru with the daily stretching exercises. The struggle is real but I’m getting it done cause I’m doing it BIG TIME💪🏾

I was pleased to learn that his gym offers other services and classes. I took step aerobics a little while back and recently booked a full body massage.
The massage was relaxing. 1hr. With nice scents for aromatherapy. Would definitely recommend.

John has also worked with me around my schedule. Being a night shift healthcare worker, my schedule is crazy and unpredictable.
