the bathroom needs much better upkeep. Please make sure to wear gloves and a mask (keep door open). To not mix the cleaning chemicals. Please fix and clean the bathroom. Thank you 🤗

When washing hands with soap and water. Just in case bring cotton hand towels for just drying your hands.

3 floors, shower, and locker room. Enough equipment.

The gym and equipment is clean at all times and has plenty of self "wipe down before and after use of equipment" stations.

Very clean and organize place. In some areas are full of men and maybe 1 or 2 machines of the same ones therefore is hard to train without interfering with their training and there's waiting.

There are times when the gym is super packed and its really feels like there isn't enough space.

Proper athletic attire and footwear are required. No street clothes or dress shoes are permitted in the fitness area.

Please Please Please consider bringing back 11PM close time for the entire week. You guys had this before and I dont know what changed, but with crazy schedules some people love going to the gym at night and blink is budget friendly so just imagine how much more money you’ll be pulling in, even if its not that much making more money is fun. Please at least consider it. For fellow gym rats like me I can vouch that lifting at night is a different type of high you cant get from drugs

The gym is fine, although it is a bit messy and the machines are already faulty. But the bad thing is undoubtedly the workers, very rude people, I went in the afternoon and in the morning, but the manager (Mrs. or Miss Evelyn) in the morning is another level, very very rude. Additionally, they should think about people with bicycles, scooters and skates, since there are many people who use them, but we cannot go with these means, since they take them and throw them on the street as useless devices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The staff is very rude! Even though they have space at the entrance of the gym, they do not allow bikes or scooters. The supervisor must be very short-sighted to think that this policy attracts new customers or even retains existing ones. Instead of using their brains and removing the table and chairs at the entrance to install something to secure bikes and scooters, they keep two chairs and a table that I have never seen anyone use. During the months I was there, I noticed several people who wanted to come with a bike or scooter. I definitely do not recommend this gym. This was an instant unsubscription. Look at what they did to my scooter the STAFF put those zip ties. UNBELIEVABLE!

Great Gym for beginners. Bad gym for serious lifters. Too many people playing around, grown adults leave weights everywhere, especially the younger people they almost never put their weights back especially the young girls. Many slam the weights. Many machines have loose bolts/screws. BlinkFitness needs to start telling people to put their weights back or revoke their memberships. Stop being so desperate for money & have people respect the gym rules or get terminated. I constantly have to look for dumbbells cause the lazy gym goers don’t put it back. The staff is pretty good. But Blink needs to put signs up to English & Spanish to put your weights back or get kicked out of the gym.

I normally don't do this but, I think it's time a staff member started a rumor that I wrote a review about her in the past was not true but never really apologized for it so here's your review Evelyn. She is very unfriendly and rude not welcoming at all & if that's the case why work at a gym. If she's in charge of training new members we are all screwed. I would say retrain your staff but it's just her. Hope things get better but I doubt it ps ya can definetly use another smith machine.

Used to be a really member friendly gym back in 2018 and now the staff has become very aggressive and rude , there was a app lock out yesterday and cause of this I couldn't use the app I was willing to give them my phone number and ID yet they won't let me in and talk to me very rudely about it specially one of their employee name "Jackie" is not really customer friendly because she thought it's not her location to work in so whatever she does it wouldn't affect her no more but as a customer this is ridiculous to have to deal with it just because the app is not working , and I was willing to give me phone number and I'd to verify myself I guess they don't value loyalty of customer anymore .

The owner needs to buy at least two more squat racks. There are people who believe they are “influencers” taking photos and videos and they spend a long time at the machine while there are other people waiting for the machine to clear. Besides the negatives the only positive is their staff are friendly.

On my last visit to Blink Fitness in Passaic NJ loction I experienced a really bad treatment from Custmer Service employee named Michelle.
She was very rude and milpolite and gave me bad looks just because my ID needed to be manually scan/intered into the syatem. this was not the fist time that I was treated badlly by your Customer Service Rep.

Garbage gym, very unprofessional and rude staff, staff laughs at people when they work out and talk about them behind their backs, and to top it all, the gym is overcrowded all throughout the week!

This gym is also a rip off! The gym charges a 70 dollar annual fee besides membership every year too! And charges 16 dollars to cancel the membership!

The other reviewers must be paid off! Stay out of here!

I have come today to cancel my subscription because The issue of many people using the same machine is worse and I have not been able to do my excercise properly every time I came. They want to charge extra for cancelling my non contract subscription. I wont waste more money on this gym. It is a waste of money and time. It is a ripoff having to pay extra for cancelling without using it and specially chatging me 60$ for maintenance twice this year. DONT COME TO THIS GYM!!!!

Interesting set up, the machines are ok to great. Funny thing they have better treadmills compared to other Blink fitness gyms I have been to. The layout is kinda odd and the bathroom needs much better upkeep, also it's very small too. Has a lot of potential but falls flat in a lot of ways. Came here cause the Clifton Blink fitness staff with the keys (key word is with the keys) was snoozing and didn't open at 5 am yesterday like they were supposed to.

This gymnasium is going from bad to worse, machine’s not working, no wipes in the main area, you can’t keel tracks on your cardio cause none of them are connected to the red so at this point the app is useless…tvs showing nothing, mo paper towels in the bathroom, music is also terrible.. paying all this money for barely no accommodations at all. seriously, you gotto do something about it!!

I used to come to this gym all the time but I started going to the one in Clifton or Lodi. The machines are all the same on three floors and they’re either occupied or don’t work well. Not a bad gym if you’re trying to get your feet wet and get started in the gym tho!

Been my gym for many years. My favorite is the elliptical machine and the weight training on the top floor. Helps me clear my mind and give stamina! Too many people at certain times kinda feels tight. But give it a 4.5!

Went in here today after touring 2 other gyms in the area, hoping to get a glimpse of the place and pricing. The young Spanish girl working there was helping somebody on some kind of kiosk next to desk, I stood a few feet from her looking into the gym waiting for her to get done. She said “you have to scan in” I told her I’m not a member yet, I’d like to get some information when your done with your customer, she then told me to stand 5 feet to the left, literally a joke. I asked “ I can’t see inside while I’m waiting and she literally wouldn’t let me and was telling me to stand 4 to 5 feet away from where I was standing to wait for her instead of where I could actually see the gym. There was hardly any people in there so I didn’t feel creepy just taking an overall view of the gym and it’s layout, I fully intended on buying a membership today , but immediatly walked out because this girl was so rude to me within 39 seconds of walking in there, I can’t even comment on anything else about the gym because I refuse to be treated like that. And I’m upset because I like some of the pictures and close to my house for my and my fiancée to join together. I hope the owner sees this and gives some customer service lessons to the young Spanish girl working tues. 3/5/21 at 4 pm , absolutely ridiculous

I went there to try it out for a one-day pass. I brought both a printout of the pass along with my phone that shows the email for a free one-day pass. The receptionist was telling me I need to show a picture ID. I tried to show her the email but she was not interested, if it didn't have my pic on it, it was a no-go for me. You know the website and email both said just to present my pass, nothing about my bringing an ID in. Guess I will not be joining.

Very good gym, been working out here for a good year and a half and overall well cleaned and maintained. The employees that work here are great mood lifters from start to end. The problem I have currently is with the manager. I had trouble the other day paying for my account and the girl working there at front desk did her very best to help. She called for her manager to come help her and she came. I'm a person with thick skin and don't have a problem with rude people. But the manager was giving off the worst attitude not only to me but my aunt and friend. I would really like to see this get fixed or changed. Employees are meant to be mood lifters and I believe managers or supervisors should be the super mood lifters. Good gym though, would still come everyday. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

Good gym. Displeased that I made a purchase, item did not work and they wouldn't give me a refund. The item never left their gym and was returned right after purchase was made.
