Locker rooms were disgustingly filthy, when I used the toilet I was inconveniently surprised to not have paper to use. When I finished my workout I went to shower and was AGAIN inconveniently surprised to find absolutely no soap in the dispenser! This isn’t the first time at this location, but today drew the line where I had to say something. The floors in locker room were extremely dirty as well. told the manager, and all I got was a stare with no apologies!!! Horrible experience!

Ten cuenta antes de inscribirte en este gimnasio, al segundo mes te cobran un mantenimiento que nisiquiera te notifican el día que realizan el contrato, luego para cancelar mi membresia porque yo no asistía al gimnasio, aparte de los $60 que sabía que tenía que pagar por la cancelación, me cobraron el mes actual, el siguiente mes, y $25 dólares más de sabrán ellos que, en total pagué aproximadamente $135 dólares en total para poder cancelarlo.

Unprofessional manager, Lyzze is her name. After me being a member for over 2 yrs, paying this establishment with no problem always on time. They decide to tell me I couldn’t come in because I’m my daughters guest and she wasn’t there. Mind you I have 2 yrs going in by myself. LYZZE HERSELF HAD ALLOWED ME IN. But they had new employee that notice told lyzze and lyzze just turned me away like if I wasn’t a paying client. She didn’t even have a friendly face when explaining the issue. I don’t understand still don’t understand how I was able to go workout for over 2 yrs!! Multiple staff members always let me in including her!!! She was not kind and unapologetic. Maybe next time smile and accommodate the client with empathic demeanor. I CANCELED MEMBERSHIP ON THE SPOT. Horrible customer service!!

Great gym! However I am noticing the water fountains look dirty for this whole past week. I am unsure if that water is filtered so it would be great to update water fountains so the public can know how clean it is.

There is never sanitizer in the one where you walk in. The stairs and rails need to be cleaned as that is where we all walk in from and it is not swept or cleaned, looks dirty. The women’s bathrooms stalls/toilet need deep cleaning!

I put my coat in bottom locker and it came out dusty because it appears lockers are not being cleaned!

This gym is great but ensure is is clean and sanitary and well stocked with sanitizer /wipes! Also please deodorize the entire gym and clean windows. This is all important for public safety/cleanliness!

I tried to cancel my account in early 2021 because I was leaving NJ, I was told I had to cancel in person but the branch was closed due to covid.
I ended up leaving the state and I when they re-opened i was told that the only way to cancel was going to the branch. I had several calls with managers and corporate until they said they cancelled my account, charges stopped and everything was good. On Jan 2022 charges started coming back and my account renewed, i am now being charged for several past months and they are not allowing me to cancel my membership.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Gym is very clean. Staff comes around disinfecting equipment and floors every 2-3 hours. Most clients wipe equipment before and after use, that helps to keep gym sanitized. Equipment is in very good condition. Gym is never to crowded or over crowded.

I gave it 4 star because every place has room for improvement.

The Manger name is David sauced if you have a encourter with him don't be surprised if he ask you to leave. They say no personnel trainer.,So I meet someone there 3 days a week to help encourage them to loose weight so now I'm a personnel trainer I'm on disabil with a spine injury trying to help myself and one other person funny but not getting my money even if it's only $15 dollars per month.

The manager here is clueless, yes you when you read this review, understand that to start things off with me you questioned my ID, rolled your eyes numerous times, tried talking over me like I’m some guy you know, accused me of making my own account with a rep, alleged I intentionally made a second account with a different email address and provided no resolution at all, shrugging your shoulders and disputing things with me rather than taking a moment to understand my frustration and accept the source of this frustration is due to your teams lack of training and insight and failure to report this from the beginning could have saved me money and my time. Ultimately I will never come back here. I am a customer or was, and I left feeling utterly cheated and humiliated. I highly suggest you learn never to catch an attitude with a customer because you are only adding fuel to the flame. Utter embarrassment of a professional establishment and corporate I would highly recommend you try to reach out to me. BBB here I come.

These people keep offering membership but the space is limited due to the COVID-19, then you have to wait in line to enter the gym unless you decide to miss work and go during dead hours, then you won’t make money to pay the gym lol

BLINK If you’re limiting the number of people in the gym then do the same with the memberships! But you probably don’t care because you will charge the yearly maintenance fee even if you cancel your non contract membership within a month.

Alot of Blink locations got rid a lot of the non machinery workout tools like the slam balls, box jumps etc, but visited this location yesterday and they had them. Unsure if that means the other Blinks will be adding them back but happy to see it here. Happy to see the staff members cleaning periodically whilst members were there. Unlike other locations that haven't been following proper Covid cleaning protocols.
Left a star out because it was only 2 leg press and with social distancing , only 1 was available. Millions of treadmills but 1 or 2 of each other type of muscle building machine. Also no FREE PARKING

if you’re not a powerlifter or powerbuilder, there are always problems when people train heavily deadlifts because the gym is on the second floor 🙄 . Also, they never said me that if you will cancel the service you will pay for it. The Blink gym facility in Perth Amboy is a decent gym to go to. I say decent due to the space available at the rush hour times such as 4:30-7pm M-F. The equipment available provides for all types of workout that targets almost all muscle groups. The cardio room also provide adequate equipment for a decent cardio session. On another note management has poor managing skills when it comes to cleaning the facility. They tend to clean the facility with huge equipments during hours, such as rush hour, that is inconvenient for customers to walk about freely. The price is what keeps me focusing on the positive and not feed into the negative. I would still recommend going here.

Scheduled an appointment once in the early morning and the trainer didn’t show up. Lost star.

Be warned, there’s an annual fee every June. It’s about 56 dollars. Lost a star for that, because it isn’t stated to you during sign up nor is it said anywhere.

Otherwise good. You may have to rely on asking people for help if you truly need it. Members are all mostly hispanics, so generally nice and tolerable.

I have gone twice already and I have to say overall I love the experience. I know some may be turned off by the size of the gym as its a small gym but this gym has the right equipment such as 3 squat racks and a separate bench for Bench Press and a smith Machine. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is lack of fractional plates (5 lb plates are the lightest they go) and the dumbbells top out at 90 lbs. Another than that, I'd give this gym a thumbs uo

Place is pretty awesome just don't go between 5-8pm because its usually packed. They're very clean but the best thing is the staff, they're so energetic and happy that it makes you wanna work out more often. Only down side is the playlist hey have in a loop, not big fan of the music but that shouldn't be a problem if you bring headphones.
