been going to blink since 2022, close to home. nice environment, never had a problem. really think you should reconsider shutting down. the manager on the other hand is super rude, she thinks she owns the place, always has an attitude, she should be fired immediately, she bring a bad vibe to the gym since she was hired. This gym is my primary fitness center, conveniently situated near my home, and its closure would be a tremendous setback for me and countless others in Plainfield, NJ. Clienta por 5 años pero hoy fue mi ultimo dia hice mi cancelacion devido a las nuevas reglas que no tienen sentido y sobre todo por el personal manager no son para nada professional con el customer irespetuosos y sin etica.
De igual manera ya no era el mismo gym demaciada gente que ni hacer tus ejercisio puedes devido a la falta de maquinas y las pocas que tienen siempre estan ocupadas, No se permiten mochilas y si te gustan las fotos tampoco es permitido usar tu telefono, si te gusta entrenar con alguien sea amiga o lo que sea que no sea de los entrenadores de ellos tampoco lo permiten creen que les quitas su trabajo.
en fin desepcionada, desafortundamente no recomendaria a nadie para este gym en plainfield. Dejaria 0 star pero le guardo respeto por mis 5 años dedidacados siendo clienta.

This gym is okay but man should that Hispanic female worker should get fired immediately she canceled my membership just because I went in with crocs? The manager deserves to get fired immediately, she cancelled all my friends membership and mine because of some stupid rule that I have to be 18 plus to workout even tho we all pay for memberships and on the website it says you are allowed to workout 14-18 with a membership that is very stupid and she proceeded to take 50 bucks from my account and told me to never come back she also called the cops on me , this blink has terrible staff and most of them deserve to get fired

Overall the gym is small , the men’s bathroom reeks of piss and people gotta get punished for leaving the free weights in different places, terrible gym, terrible staff, and terrible services , this gym is overpriced to the point where I’m in debt, please hire a new manager

This Plainfield location Blink is God awful, unclean, without supplies half the time, and poorly ran. I canceled my membership it took months and hundreds of calls and visits to get them to stop billing me and now they won't even return my money for all the months I was billed after cancellation. They should be shut down, all staff should be fired!

The gym etiquette of many people that go here is not great. People will pick up the free weight dumbbells and not put them back, sometimes they will bring them to another area and it makes it impossible to find (was there for an hour and didn’t see the 10, 15 and 20 lbs dumbbells once).

The alcohol wipes are non existent. Trash is overflowing from the bins to the point where there’s empty water bottles on the ground around the garbage can.

The Machines are not in the best shape but still usable.

The water fountains have very low water pressure to the point where you basically have to have your mouth on top of the fountain if you want a drink of water. Filling up a reusable water bottle is practically impossible.

Just pointing out the negatives of this gym but it’s very easy to get in a good work out here. It is smaller than most Blinks I’ve been to but there are still plenty of machines to use. But I will always drive an extra 10 minutes to use the Blink in Linden

Solo hay una prensa , no hay máquina hack solamente hay una máquina para extensión de piernas , una de femoral acostado la verdad siempre está lleno y con solo una maquina para cada músculo de piernas es difícil mantener una rutina pero para otros músculos hay muchas además donde haces patada se daña muy seguido , creo que deben mejorar en esa parte urgente!!@

The girl who works at the front desk Liz is horrible she refers to the Spanish speaking people as “papis” & says she doesn’t like when they talk to her? That’s your job 1st of all. 2nd she is always in the room with the door closed so you can’t even ask her for anything without her catching an attitude. The manager Jimmy allows her to do whatever she wants because he’s young and doesn’t know how to manage a gym properly. They need to get rid of Jimmy & Liz & bring in staff that actually take pride in their job..

Went to join this gym... wanted the membership that had no contract because I am moving out of state in June and was told that I would be charged a cancelation fee for canceling.... Inexpensive decent little gym. $15 pretty month can't be beat for what you get. It's not overly packed when I go and I get a good sweat on so what else is needed at that price. Locker room is clean. Showers are decent.

I had my wallet in my bag which was in my locker and I got my money stolen 3 TIMES!! and there was no one in the locker room with me except a staff member cleaning around when left my stuff in the locker. This is very bad and I am unable to trust the staff at this point. Usually when this happens one of the staff members is standing outside the locker room with their headphones on and another one is inside the locker room by himself. This is very suspicious and makes me not want to go to that gym anymore. I’ve lost over a $120 in cash just stolen right out of my wallet in the locker. Very poor and unprofessional staff.

Staff are not knowledgeable about terms & conditions. Very misleading sign up practices, and they failed to provide any physical paperwork or email when signing up for membership. Management did not have great customer service etiquette & refused to cancel membership though term was completed, unless $4.41 was paid after they had just taken over $75 out of my account that I did not authorize for January. Highly dissatisfied and submitting dispute regarding sign up and cancellation process. I have never joined a gym that charges you to cancel after you have completed full term. I won't be referring any more people to this gym and definitely should have stuck with Planet Fitness. It's not worth the $1 sign up! Considering the pandemic I find it offensive they wouldn't even waive $4.41 to close out membership which technically ended 12/2020 but they still went back in my account and withdrew dues and membership for the month of January.

My husband and I have been members since they opened in September. Since that date, I can count at least 5 times that they did not open up on time when we tried to workout. We like to workout in the mornings so we try to get there around 6am (mind you they are supposed to open up at 5am) we have sat outside and waited for 30 mins and still they haven't opened. Today in April, they once again didnt open up and we were here until 6:30am. We have spoke with management and even tried to contact corporate who refuse to address the issue properly. Management doesnt compensate in anyway for the discrepancy they constantly cause. If you want to workout in the mornings then this isnt the gym for you.

We spoke with management again and they offered compensation and made adjustments so it supposedly won't happen again. With new management we are hoping so.
