Body20 is a game changer! After a work accident, I struggled with physical therapy for over a year. The high-tech, one-on-one coaching here has transformed my journey. I'm becoming stronger and more toned, and within weeks, I've lost weight, sleep better, and feel more mobile than ever. Highly recommend!

HONEST REVIEW!!! Body20 Freehold is the REAL DEAL. The staff is very kind, hilarious, and very informative. The space is stunning and extremely clean. Now let's get to the GOOD part, THE PROCESS AND THE PROGRESS! The EMS suits fit very snug but still comfortable. The suits come in various sizes to accommodate different body sizes so no worries. The workout is legit only 20 minutes and INTENSE (I like a challenge, but you can adjust the impulses on your suit per you comfort). Listen, I am 2 weeks into my journey with Body20 and I am 4 POUNDS DOWN!!! It's important to follow their recommendations. I engage in 2 sessions per week and I am currently maintaining a healthy calorie deficit and the results ARE NOT LYING! They offer a free demo session, however I recommend giving the process a strong month to truly understand that THIS WORKS! ANNDDDDD they have a nutritionist on site. It doesn't get any better than this. SIGN UP! Let's reach our goals together, see you there soon!

Had my initial session with Serena and was hooked! I have some old sport injuries and a bit of arthritis in my hips, back, and knees and can complete the workout with minimal problems. This is exactly what I need to get myself to feel human again. Looking forward working with Serena more and of course my results!

Went to Body20 of Freehold and had an experience I was not expecting. From start to finish everything was explained to me from the equipment, muscle stimulation, exercises and even a scan of your muscle fitness. What a great concept. I highly recommend it.

I came in for an arm demo and had an amazing experience! The electrical stimulation enhanced my workout to a new level, you can’t get a workout like this anywhere else. This is perfect for anyone who is limited on time but still wants to get a good workout in. I would totally recommend!

Skip for now! Attended a demo at the Freehold location and while everything is like a shiny new penny all brand new, so were the trainers. After you sign the waivers and they walk you through the establishment, trainer strapped up my biceps with the EMS “fda approved” contraption and in squatted position instructed me to do virtual bicep curls as the machine counts down from 10. We did about 8 cycles and the straps kept falling off over and over. I didn’t feel the EMS and they had to adjust the setting with the straps several times. The next day the only thing that reminded me of the “workout” was my sore legs from the static squat position I was in.

In running through what could improve, the instructor advised maybe I need to be in a body 20 certified suit next time and I don’t remember if she said the cost of both the shirt and shorts were $65.00 or each was sold separately. I think it the latter.

The programs follows a 3-2-3-2 concept. The instructor then proceeds to explain that the cost of the membership is $450 but it only covers 8 sessions for the first month but you get a 2 “free” sessions and a “founding member” discount of $50.00 but the following month it would go up to $450.00 again and full 10 sessions and membership can’t start until February 2025 which is why they’re trying to enroll people now. Oh and also the trainer isn’t certified in electrical muscle stimulation body 20 yet. Like wait, what?!? 🧐

I wanted to love this place so with the follow up phone call, I explained this program doesn’t replace any cardiovascular regular fitness regimen and since they are so new, kinks and all, I didn’t find the value in a membership compared to what their selling. However, I did offer to hold off on my review and rebutted with a fair price and would allow them to do before and after photos of a regular person. They offered to use me as a test person to which I did agree to for certification and stated they would call by the end of the week. I waited two weeks and so no callback.

So again I say hold off for now. I’d love to see actual studies regarding Body 20 and read evidence on the efficacy. Also not sure what type of “food or drug” they’re selling to be marketing FDA approved but sounds off to me. Go join the a gym and save your money! You spend an hour at this place easy and xyz anyway. Not worth it
