Bounce Back Fitness is a personal training studio that specializes in clients that have physical challenges or injuries, and guiding them through a safe and efficient workout. You don't have to have a health challenge to be a client. It's nice to have our expertise in your corner so you don't develop any injuries with your workout.

The most impressive thing about this personal trainer studio is their ability to work with people of all fitness levels and limitations. I've seen a pretty diverse group of clients at the studio either before or after my session, including people focusing on rehab from particular injuries, older couples building on their general fitness, and people with disabilities working on functional movements.
Like other reviewers, I started with Bounce Back Fitness about 4 months ago to kickstart my fitness journey, and I love the progress I've been making with the help of Dimitri and Leslie. They are great at working together with you for your individual health goals, challenge and motivate you to succeed, and use their expertise to plan out really fun and interesting workouts. I've never looked forward to my workouts more than since joining their training, and I'm sure that they would be a great help to you as well!

Definitely a great place to workout. Dimitri is excellent at pushing you to your limits while not having you hurt yourself in the process. Heβs extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and a great trainer!

I first started off my fitness journey with Bounce Back Fitness after promising myself that I would do it for months around the end of February. I remember the very first training session that I had with Dimitri and how I was nervous at first to get started with my actual session. However, looking back at the months that have passed and all the hours working with Dimitri, I'm grateful that I started my journey with him. He's extremely motivating, knowledgeable, and always challenges me to be better than I was last session, which I love. I highly recommend Dimitri and Bounce Back Fitness to anyone looking to start their fitness journey and even those looking to improve or elevate their current routine.

The Best Trainer I've Experienced! I started working with Dimitrios back in March and it has been the best thing i've done for myself this year!
His expertise, encouragement, and motivation surpass any other trainers I've encountered.
My sessions are enjoyable and effective. I feel confident working out now and I'm getting stronger every week. I look forward to my weekly sessions, when in the past I would dread them.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fun,highly motivating environment!

I came to them after knee replacement surgery. I was always active but had aches and pains, difficulty moving, my balance was all off. I wanted my strength and flexibility back . Lauren helped me achieve that, GREAT TRAINER! Patient and committed.

I've been working out with Ed at Bounce Back Fitness for about one year. I love it! I have never been in better shape, and I'm very happy with the results. The workouts are varied, and they are always the right level of difficulty: challenging but doable. Ed is very knowledgable and professional, and great at explaining which muscles to use and how to maintain good form. I never had a bad workout, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. One small downside is that there is no shower.

I am so glad I found BBF. I live locally and noticed it when it opened. I had been wanting to get back into working out, but was nervous to start on my own after having some health issues. I thought I'd give it a shot, and reached out to Phil, who was understanding of my issues and assured me they would take them all into account. He matched me with Tina, who I absolutely love! She pushes me, but in way that doesn't surpass my comfort level. If anything ever hurts or doesn't feel right, she doesn't force me to keep going. I have felt 100% comfortable with her since our very first trial session, and am so happy that I've found her. We are on the same page about my fitness and health goals, and she truly cares about not just those goals, but also genuinely cares about me and what is going on in my life outside of training. I look forward to my training sessions every week with Tina where I'm able to forget about my day and work on bettering myself.

My experience working out at Bounce Back Fitness (metuchen and Woodbridge locations) was nothing short of amazing! I worked out harder than I ever have, They are so accomidating and the classes are instense and fun at the same time. All the trainers and staff are awesome but Phil in particular is one of a kind he's so motivating and great to work out with. If your looking to get in shape and have a high intensity exciting work out, i highly recommend BBF!!!

I absolutely recommend BBF without any reservations to anyone of any ability level! I have been going there since they opened. The trainers and instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable, so I always feel welcome and safe. Exercises are challenging, yet always adaptable to my ability and energy level at the time. I always leave feeling satisfied, supported and positive! Highly recommended! Enjoy!

Very impressed with this place. They really embody the concept of one-on-one personal training, focusing on a workout program tailored to the individual's specific needs and goals. This is a stark difference from the one-size-fits-all training methods employed by most mainstream gyms. I worked with Rich Rose at the Metuchen location, and his vast knowledge and experience in physical fitness and bodybuilding is evident. I highly recommend Bounceback Fitness and Rich to anyone looking to get in shape, tone up or build muscle.
