Laurel, NJ features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I cannot say enough good things about this place, the trainers, childcare watch, members and the owner. They offer the most positive atmosphere. I’ve tried many gyms and this is it for me! I started on a promotion in January and have been there ever since. Being able to have 45 mins to myself and focus meetings whenever I need them all while having my kids cared for in a clean safe environment is everything! Cheryl the manager is amazing! Heather the owner is something out of this world. She connects with everyone there. The Trainers jess Dani Amanda Cheryl Kelly Juliet & stacy are seriously sent from above! They push you to be the best mentally and physically. The front desk girls are always so happy and greet you by name. The members are not just members, it’s a family and full of support. Burn has helped me find myself again after having four kids. It gives me time for me and my mental state has improved immensely since joining. I’ve also lost weight and learning new nutrition as I go. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I’d rather pay to have good health & habits now then have a ton of problems later in life. It’s my gym & my therapy& childcare all in one. Give it a try, you’ll be happy you did!

This gym has changed my life, my mind and my body. I have been wanting to join a gym for my physical and mental wellbeing so I joined a local one and it made my anxiety worse. I didnt know what work out to do, didn't feel confident and felt like the guys were staring and judging me. So I quit then on xmas a good friend got me a 4 week pass for burn and I ended up joining on the second day! It is a little costly BUT its worth it. I love that they have a free daycare (very clean) and women only classes! I actually now even go to the regular classes on Saturday where men go and you cant even tell they are there. Everyone is so respectful and nice. The trainers are AMAZING, I don't think they realize how special they are and how much they impact people's lives. My daughter had cancer two years ago and mentally I was never the same. After having three kids and her sickness I lost myself. Coming to burn to such supportive people has helped me so much. I have more energy to play with my kids, I am less stressed, I can do my chores around my mini farm (throwing hale bales, dealing with 50lb feed bags and 200lb goats) so much easier! Also the facility is sooooo clean, and bathrooms are spotless. I've only been going for about 3 months and I really can't say enough good things. I also love that I am seeing results already! They also do a lot of extra things like mental health workshops, secret sister and fun workshops. Also I love that every exercise can be modified to make it harder or easier. If you have a question the trainers are right there to help you so no worries if you are doing an exercise wrong. This was my best investment.

I originally joined with the 7 day free trial and I am so happy I did! I felt a bit intimidated to take the leap to start going but right away everyone was so welcoming and supportive. All the members are so encouraging during the work outs and are willing to help when needed. Each work out is different and so much fun. It was such an easy decision to become a member!

Burn Mount Laurel is my happy place. When you walk in the doors, you immediately feel the positive energy radiating from all in the room. I go there for the camaraderie, the mental clarity, the friendships and bonds made on the floor as we push ourselves to work harder than we ever thought possible. The trainers take you out of your comfort zone with love (and tough love) They know what you are capable of doing. They believe in you more than you believe in yourself.
Joining Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel was the best decision I have ever made, as it has changed my mindset with the bonus of physically changing my body to be the fittest is has ever been.

Joining Burn has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! After my days of playing competitive sports ended, I tried many different workout classes, but never enjoyed them enough to commit. I got an ad for Burn and decided to give the 4-week trial a chance. I’ve now been a member for over 5 months and am so happy I did that 4-week trial. Burn is not just a gym - it truly is a community. Although it’s a group class, you still feel like you are getting one-on-one training. The trainers will push you, but also help make modifications as needed. Definitely recommend trying Burn!

I love it at Burn. I had attended during their first year and saw such potential in myself I was amazed. I left for a bit but going back after COVID was like coming home. They were the same friendly supportive people as I had remembered. Even with all the accommodations required the workouts were challenging and rewarding. Burn is a community that supports you when you need it and pushes you to reach beyond your self inflicted limits. Positive energy and uplifting attitudes are a common theme. i am so thankful for a gym like burn.
i started almost two years ago now…the place i was in back then compared to now amazes me. back then i was in a really disheartening place in my life. dealing with daily struggles, dealing with my weight, my confidence was at an all time low, my energy was depleted and i wanted to do better for myself.
october 4th i called burn boot camp and talked to kelly. it’s kind of weird doing things by your self and not knowing what to expect. kelly was super sweet on the phone and encouraged me to come in. so i did. she walked me through the process of how it all worked - as a community they motivate others to do better and be better for themselves and living a healthy life style.
stef was the trainer that day, she introduced herself and said to go at my own pace considering i hadn’t worked out in years. it was arm day and well let’s just say my arms were jello by the end of it. i love how they showed you the correct form, maintained high energy and motivated you to want to work out and do better.
every single trainer only wants you to reach your goals. the words i can’t are never in their vocabulary because they know you can. it’s all a mental game once you hit the gym. they want you to be healthy, they want to give you advice, they want to see the progress and they want you to push yourself because they know you will be proud of yourself at the end of the work out.
fast forward to now (almost 2 years later) and i am 20 pounds down, gained muscle, way more confident, made some amazing friends and motivating partners along the way as well as motivate others to be the best versions of themselves. i can honestly say burn boot camp has changed my life for the better. i literally cannot wait to get done work to go to the gym and have my 45 minutes of pushing myself as well as others to be the best version possible. so thank you burn boot camp community. you have helped me in so many ways and showing me that i can.

Where to even start about this amazing place? I started in March of 2021 after the pandemic just trying to get my body moving again. I found a community that is uplifting and trainers that actually wanted to push me and see me succeed. I was always adamant that I hate group fitness classes. I figured I’d try out the 7 day trial on the suggestion of a friend and just keep it moving. That was 16 months ago :) Burn is so much more than “group” classes! The trainers know you by name and there could very well be 70 or more people in a class. If you are looking for a gym that does not promote the "toxic gym culture", this is the gym for you. I began working out here about a year and a half ago, and have never felt stronger than I do today. I have gone to many gyms, had personal trainers, and played sports, and this is the best workout I have ever had on a consistent basis. The trainers are there to push you when you think you can't do anymore, and will modify the moves to fit you level. Everyone has a positive outlook, and is so welcoming and encouraging, no matter your size or age. You can see that when so many families are all working out together. I also love that I don't have to think about my workouts, I just have to show up, and know that each day, I am getting a different protocol. It is a good balance between cardio, strength and full body.

I've always been an athlete and gym goer but I've never experienced the level of commitment this place inspires in me. I literally feel sad when I can't make it to camp. The trainers and staff are great. By my second time going, everyone knew my name! It was amazing! The workouts are difficult but in the way that you get a great workout. They're different everyday so you're never bored. I love that I can get in, get a great workout, and be out in 45 minutes! There are also focus meetings to help you with your diet or with technique. I've lost about 15 pounds since starting!

Burn is a life changer as a mom and boss. I started burn in February 2023 after taking some time off from working out and doing something for me since the pandemic and becoming a mom and business owner. Burn exceeded my expectations. I’ve NEVER stuck with one gym. I bounced around looking for a place that would keep me motivated and wanting to come back. I wanted a place that didn’t focus on weight loss, but more on being healthy. I wanted a place for my whole family to go. When I walked into Burn almost 4 years ago, I found what I was looking for. I get FOMO if I miss a camp and have been pretty consistent since day one. I worked out in a parking lot in 90 degree heat and then a mask during Covid because I needed to come for my mental and physical health. The community is amazing and so positive. When I joined this gym, I had no idea that I wasn't just getting a place to work out, but that I got an entire community of supportive people that make the really hard workouts enjoyable. Everyone in the gym is super supportive and there are modifications for all the movements so you can go at your own pace. The gym is clean, lots of equipment, and the workout changes everyday so it's hard to get bored. So glad I found Burn Mount Laurel!

My only regret is that I didnt join this wonderful community earlier in life! However, if I think about it, I joined at a time when I needed it most. I've always been active and interested in exercising for the mental and physical benefits. After 6 - 7 years of working out at home, alone, I knew something was missing. I was no longer pushing myself or picking up a heavier weight or if I am being honest, enjoying working out alone (esp after COVID forced us into to many situations that tested mental strength). I was intimidated to say the least but I showed up and gosh, I am so glad I did!!! From day 1, I was welcomed with smiles, positive energy, "where everyone knows your name", where I've made lasting relationships, where I've cried, where I've learned to get out of my comfort zone, where I've allowed myself grace and most importantly, where I've been able to take care of my mental health. I've been a member for 2 years and I can't say enough about the sense of community, the people and the amazing energy. I may be having a bad day, or a bad week but the minute I walk through those doors, it all disappears. I went through a divorce this year and it was really hard, still is (probably always will be) but the one thing that is stable for me right now, is my mental and physical health and I have BURN to thank for that. I can bring my kids there and trust that they are being cared for as well as I would care for them myself. It's the best 45 minutes of my day and I really can't say enough. If you're feeling hesitant, please don't! Starting something new can be overwhelming and scary but I am here to tell you, you'll never look back or feel unsupported between those four walls.

Burn Boot Camp has been a game changer for me. Previously, my only exercise was running - but it did nothing for my overall strength and fitness. I could run a long way - but I was weak. Long story short, my knees started hurting and I was forced to get off the road and into the gym. After lots of searching, I found BBB and I fell in love. Being in the gym was unfamiliar ground but the trainers and members were so kind, and I quickly acclimated. I go to 2 camps a week and am now so much fitter and stronger. I have biceps! Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel has honestly changed my life! I started there in January 2022 thinking it’d be another gym membership I’d be paying for and wouldn’t be going to. Little did I realize how much it has changed me for the better. I’ve lost 22lbs! I have established a routine, going 5-6 days a week now, and I actually look forward to going each time. Previously, I’ve never enjoyed working out and often stopped/quit after a month or two. I was never able to stay consistent, but Burn Boot Camp changed that for me. The trainers are all amazing and push you to your highest potential. They actually get to know you and make sure you’re getting a full workout in. This "gym" is so much more than that. I have been a member of more gyms than I can count, where I would sign up, commit to a contract, have my "free" personal training session and then rarely go again. At Burn Boot Camp the owner and trainers get to know all the clients and that makes it feel like home. I am so glad that I found Burn Boot Camp and the amazing trainers who are like Sam the bartender from Cheers, but serving up burpees as opposed to beers. Burn Boot Camp is the best! For me, I need classes early in the morning so the 5:30 am classes are perfect during the week. Free child care is an awesome perk. When I moved to Mt. Laurel from Philadelphia I was desperately seeking a place to work out that I enjoyed. I stumbled upon Burn Boot Camp during their pop up camps in the park, and I have been hooked ever since! Burn Boot Camp gives me a work out that I love, (every workout is so different) it challenges me and pushes me in ways I never thought possible. It also gives me a community of support that I didn't have when I moved here. I continue to meet so many awesome people at Burn and love hearing their stories. Burn Boot Camp Mount Laurel has been an awesome experience. I leave each workout feeling accomplished. My body feels stronger because the trainers, Will and Abby, continuously put together a great workout that never feels stale. They are so encouraging and push me and the others in the boot camp just a little further than we would go on my own. The sense of community in each workout is fulfilling as well, like we are a team and all in this together. I highly recommend this boot camp to people at all fitness levels!
