I absolutely love being at Burn Boot Camp here in Princeton, NJ. From day one, I felt so welcomed, and the trainers (Gina and Paul) are excellent and incredibly attentive. After two years away from workouts post-baby, coming back felt easy thanks to their Child Watch room, perfect for moms!!! It has great activities for the kids and caring staff. I’m so grateful to be part of this amazing community! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this gym! The boot camp workouts are challenging, fun, and always thoughtfully designed. A huge shoutout to Paul and Gina — they are incredible trainers who motivate, encourage, and truly care about everyone’s progress.
The staff here is just as amazing — friendly, helpful, and always creating a positive experience from the moment you walk in.
What makes it even better is the community. The energy, support, and camaraderie here are unmatched. Every session feels like you’re working out with friends who push you to do your best.

I LOVE this gym! It was my first gym membership in over a decade! I was very nervous since I hadn’t worked out in 10 years (since having children) I had 3 c sections so I was also very skeptical, thinking it would be too intense for me. But I must say… your body is capable of more than your brain may think. It’s been 8 months and this is the strongest most flexible I have been as a mom. I love the trainers! They bring out something different in me, the push me, and know when to let me be! I love the balance. It’s also a very encouraging environment. This fall season has been tough with my children in school, sickness never leaves out home. And missing gym for a week or more sucks!! But when I return I don’t feel guilty! I just pick back up and get my body moving again. I love this gym and have serious FOMO when I can’t attend! 🫶🏽

I love Burn Boot Camp in general but this one is easily one of the best ones I've been to! Paul and Gina, the trainers, are both very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. I have just joined burn book camp, but am already blown away by the atmosphere. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from day 1. The vibe is great! The workouts are difficult but the trainers give modifications so that it is obtainable for everyone. Overall I would highly recommend it!

I have only been with Burn Bootcamp for a week but I know I have finally found the workout community I have been searching for! Everyone is so genuinely kind, trainers and members alike. I was a member of a bootcamp years ago that had this same vibe but, unfortunately, they closed the business. I feel so fortunate to have found this same feeling again. There is no better workout programs for me than bootcamps, no matter what other things I have tried. I also love that there is no competition here and the variety of body types and fitness levels are vastly varied. If you can relate to anything I have explained here, please do not hesitate to do the 2 week trial and see if you feel the same!

I've been going to Burn for over a year, and it's been amazing to see the progress. Before going to Burn, I had a membership at a chain gym (which was fine) and used to have a lifting routine. I just checked the weights I was lifting back then vs. now and it's night and day. The greatest part is that they do it in a fun, group environment. The trainers are keeping an eye on everyone, but then offer 1-on-1 help if they see you're struggling with form. They also challenge you to push yourself, and all workouts come with modifications depending on each member's level of fitness. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a more dynamic workout, as opposed to some cardio machines and weights.

I used to do CrossFit and loved it. Then I took a break, had two kids, moved to a new area and life got busy and I stopped prioritizing working out. I had been wanting to join some sort of gym and through a Google search I had my eye on Burn Bootcamp. I loved the fact that classes were 45 min and they had childwatch options for times I needed to bring the kids. I finally attended a class and I was hooked. The trainers are fantastic, the people there are friendly and the workouts are exactly what I was looking for. I was a few days into my trial when I signed up for the full membership. So glad I did!

I felt like the chasm between my youthful spirit and aging body was widening, and I was in desperate need of an intervention. I tried to do it myself by walking and following online videos, but I hate to sweat, so I never pushed myself very hard. I tried Burn on the recommendation of a friend, and it seems to be a pretty good fit. I love that the classes are only 45 minutes long(my attention span for working out); the gym feels fresh and clean; the schedule works with my schedule; the entire staff is upbeat, encouraging, and supportive; the workout is rigorous (so I sweat), but the coaches always point out modifications (which I often do so I feel competent). I also love that there are so many different skill levels in a class. There is always someone who is just starting, so that is a reminder to me where I started, and then there are some who have been attending for years, and I find their strength and stamina inspiring. I am a month in, and I feel stronger and look forward to classes. This is a good sign.

I joined with the 30 day trial and it went fantastic. I really enjoy the trainers, staff members, atmosphere, and it’s 45 minutes!! What really got me is the childcare; my kids are young and at other locations when they cried the child care staff would immediately call me, but at Burn the staff knew exactly how to navigate the challenge and my kids are becoming more comfortable!

Every time I go to Burn, it takes me back to some of my best memories as a collegiate athlete! Early mornings in the gym, being physically and mentally challenged at each workout, all within a supportive team atmosphere and along with very knowledgeable coaches. I didn’t even have to think twice about signing up for a membership after only two days of going to camp.
As a mom, it’s easy to put yourself after everyone else and not find time to do things that fill your cup, but Burn makes it a no brainer! They have early classes you can join before the kids wake up or camps where child watch is available where they can meet other kids and play together for the 45 minute session.

This gym deserves 5 stars in every possible way - impeccably clean, amazing trainers, fun and challenging classes, supportive members, free child care with caring supervision. I came to Burn strong but I’m stronger and more motivated than ever. Burn Boot Camp is awesome!!! After my first workout, I was hooked! Any gym where you’re greeted with a high-five and a smile at 5am is my kind of place!! There are so many things that I love about Burn Boot Camp. First, the workouts are very efficient and effective…even though I’m exhausted after each session, I feel energized for the rest of the day and I look forward to the next one. Second, the coaches are fantastic…they motivate you to keep pushing and always offer modifications to accommodate all fitness levels which is great. I usually prefer to workout on my own, and I was hesitant to join a group class, but I was looking for motivation and a change of pace as I navigate new stages of my life. From the first day of my trial, it was clear that Burn Boot Camp was very different than what I expected. Everyone was so incredibly nice and the classes are challenging, motivating and manageable! I was an athlete my entire life, but was burnt out after college soccer and stopped working out. 3.5 years later, I found myself going to a gym and not knowing where to start, which lead me to not being able to be consistent with working out. Luckily, I signed up for a Burn Boot Camp free trial just to see what it was like. Within one 45 minute session, i was hooked. i bought the membership the next day and have not stopped raving about it since. Even as someone who was terribly out of shape (didn’t exercise for 3 years) , they were able to modify every exercise to ensure everyone can participate but still push themselves and make sure it was the right level of challenging. the trainers are amazing, motivational, and extremely knowledgeable about exercise and fitness. i can’t wait to keep going back, and keep bettering myself. This is a fantastic fitness place with amazing trainers and a lovely staff. It is not for everyone, particularly if you find it stressful to memorize the exercises in sequence at a fast pace than try to do it correctly within a large group setting. They do offer a 3 day FREE trial period which is not long enough to determine whether you want to commit to the contract. If you consider making a commitment, please understand that there are NO REFUND S and you will be expected to pay 50% of the amount left on the contract. I was fortunate, they did work with me and reduced it to $77.31 for which I am grateful! Still, for only attending a total of 8 camps (less than a month in on the contract minus 3 FREE trial camps) it was extremely pricey. I had the student rate of $145 per month of a 3 month commitment with 1st month paid immediately after trial. I am on a budget so every dollar matters! Ideally, they should consider offering a 30 day money back if not completely satisfied for any reason or offer month to month which can be terminated with a 30 day notice or next billing cycle which is what most fitness places do. I am better for having the experience but it was an expensive price to pay and in moving forward on my fitness journey it is an experience that won’t be repeated at that cost!!

I am a member here at start this place was motivating but now since summers started it feels very hot and humid to workout at this place. The workout here is highly intense and it is very hard to exercise when it feels humid. I don’t know if the air conditioner is even turned on during the classes but working out in such an environment makes me feel sick and nauseous.

I have only been a member for a few weeks and am already astounded by Burn Boot Camp. It is more than a gym. It is a community. The workouts are intense, but with the support of motivational trainers (with modifications, encouragement, and technique help), and enthusiastic members, everyone always makes it through and even leaves with a smile. From the moment I enter the building until the moment I leave and beyond, I feel like the entire Burn community has my back and wants to see me reach my goals. I’m not one to write a review just to write one. Before I can get into my actual experience at Burn Boot Camp, Princeton, NJ- I have to give them credit of how on top of everything they were before I even walked in the door. After filling out a form online for a trail class, they made sure all my questions were answered, I had driving directions, and prepared me with what to bring. When I walked in, it was definitely not only a warm welcome but extremely clean and organized. I’m not sure about you, but a gym that I am looking to call my home, cleanness is definitely a must and that they were. They gave me a tour and definitely personal attention! I was introduced to all the members who were there at that time taking the same camp and they welcomed me with open arms. The class was the perfect combination of everything. No matter if you are a current or past athlete with tons of fitness experience or never held a weight before. I have been a member for maybe 2 months now and all the trainers know EACH member by name. Not only does the staff demonstrate, accommodate, and provide modifications for all the levels but they push you to your max along with members on the floating floor with you! So for myself I walked in with no expectations and now part of exactly what I was missing a NJ family, community, and and even the best accountability partners. It’s a free THREE day trial- nothing to lose only gain. Hope this motivates you to say YES to getting yourself to the floating floor!

I can’t even begin to express how valuable Burn is to me. I’ve consistently been an active person for most of my life but never found anything that really stuck. I came to Burn after seeing a random posting on social media. I came in for a one week trial and signed up before my third camp. The tough part for me and with my work schedule is programming a workout and then I used to just do 30-60 minutes of random cardio.
This gym programs the workouts and I get more results in 45 minutes than spending 2+ hours in a random gym. Coming to this gym is something I look forward to each day and the trainers, management and the community is the best and then some. The whole team welcomes you and supports you.

My friends were already hooked on Burn Boot Camp when I decided to do a three-day trial on a whim. I didn't have any expectations, but I loved it pretty much immediately! The thing is, working out is so hard. I simply love being a member of this amazing community. To be honest I hate to exercise. I tried to go to several gyms in my life but it never lasted long. After a while, I was losing motivation and it was taking me forever to educate myself about every single exercise, and nutrition. I was subscribed to a couple of online training courses developed by professional trainers, but I always found myself thinking that I didn't know what I was doing. Until a friend of mine introduced me to Burn Boot Camp. I never hesitated to try it because they give you a whole free week to exercise with them and see if it works for you. And it surely worked for me. I love everything about it. In the beginning, trainers give you a lot of attention and correct you if you doing something wrong ( I was always doing something wrong and I still do:) but they always fix that)
I love that I don’t have to make a plan for exercises, they plan everything for you.
I love that I don't quit the exercise because I see people around me pushing it through.
I love that the whole Burn community is very supportive no matter what. If you are already there ( not on your couch ) you definitely make it through the next 45 minutes.
I love that they have childwatch. I don't have kiddos but I think that one day when I have them I will still be going to Burn Boot Camp because of that.
I can't think of a better gym for me. I recommend it to everyone. It makes my life better, happier and my body healthier and fitter.

The entire team at Burn Boot Camp Princeton is the reason why I was able to come out of my “Covid workout slump” and refocus on the self care that my physical and mental health needed. After many years of CrossFit I needed a more sustainable routine that would give me a more complete body focus. And this team delivered. I’ve been here since September 2020 and don’t see an expiration date any time soon! The community is strong and the encouragement and training provided during each workout is on point!
UPDATE: Still going strong in 2022 and have seen such a difference in my athletic stamina and mental health! I’ve made connections with so many strong women and love having Burn as a part of my routine!
2023 UPDATE: This is my 3rd year and I am still loving it. It’s the break I need during my very stressful days. They have lots of class times to choose from depending on my schedule! After 3 years I have been able to see different trainers and they are all top notch. My body has also changed in three years and the trainers are all knowledgeable in modifications to provide for injuries or when you are having an off day! I have tried this place twice.
So the first day I went in, I just had to start exercising at the same rhythm as others whatever day you plan to go in. They have different days scheduled for different body work outs. It’s basically an express workout.
What I like -
Trainer tries to motivate to follow the rhythm of others and do more crunches, lift heavier weights etc than you think you can.
What I don’t like- the day you go in, it may be a very different experience.
1.First you have to memorize the exercises the trainer would show you in the beginning of the class, I think it’s hard for the new comer. Trainer never exercise along with the group so you have to see others and do it.
Idea of giving 10k high fives in 45 min session is pretty lame. Half is the attention just goes into that lol!
2. Jumping straight into such express exercises may not be fit for everyone and may end up giving bad back ache if exercises are not done correctly. They give you lot of attention in the first week or 2 then you are mostly by yourself.
3.They are always selling their products and membership at the end of every session.
4. There are some focus groups, 15 min with the trainers where they try to give you some tips, recommend protein etc but it did not help me.
5. High price, no refund policy if you realize the place is not for you.

I have been a member with burn since they opened here in Princeton. Being an active person and a police officer I would find it hard to find a work out that kept up with me and my schedule. I love the variety of classes and time they have because I work both days and nights I find very few excuses to miss class. The Free child watch to second to none. I started at Burn Boot Camp about a month ago and was hooked after my first week. I have tried other similar style gyms in the past, but this one has been the only thing to consistently get me out of bed to get to camp at 5:30am before work every single day. I’ve done most camps with Paul, but have also met Madison, Alex, and Jordan who are all just as great 😊 if you’re looking to invest in your health, find motivation, and gain support, you’ll love Burn Princeton. It’s worth every penny.

I joined Burn at the beginning of summer 2022. I was looking for an exercise routine that would excite & motivate me and Burn has done just that. The trainers have been so welcoming and I immediately felt part of a special family. Childcare is included which has also been so helpful as I have 3 young children. I can’t recommend Burn Boot Camp enough!

Burn Princeton is an amazing community based gym that has been a great addition to my routine.
The head trainer Paul is absolutely incredible, and really motivates the whole class to push themselves for the entire 45 minutes. The trainers always offer modifications for each exercise which makes the class accessible for all fitness levels. The exercises are new from day to day, which keeps things interesting and fun. Highly recommend Burn Princeton!

I absolutely love this gym. The trainers push us to challenge our limits, yet are also SO nice and caring. I have NEVER left Burn BC feeling like I didn't get a good workout. Their high-energetic, positive attitudes keep me motivated, and even excited, to show up to class. In addition, it is clean and well organized. 10/10, I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Burn Boot Camp has been nothing short of amazing. Going from zero exercise to 4 mornings a week has been transformational. I have just finished a class and I am on a high so sorry if I babble.
The classes are different each day and there is a real community here. There are people of all ages & fitness levels & I have never felt awkward like at other places in the past. The trainers are all pros and are very encouraging & they know when to push you (& when not to), & oh man! Do I feel good after the classes. If you have been thinking of beginning to become more active, I whole heartedly recommend Burn Boot Camp !

I am a busy mom of 3 and could not recommend burn boot camp more! 45 minutes you need for yourself not only physically but mentally. Burn got me in the best shape of my life physically then was the mental break/therapy I didn’t know I needed when I suffered the loss of my mother. I started to make 45 minute camps more and more a priority for ME. I found out I was pregnant with my third child and continued to attend camps up until a week before I delivered. There are modifications and they meet you where you are physically to keep you safe. Focus meetings with the best trainers help you keep on track with your goals whether they be large or small. Lastly, everyone is so encouraging and kind. It’s the best community I’ve been a part of.
