The owner Coach Anthony has worked with athletes on multiple levels from beginners to Olympians, National Champions, and World Title contenders. Coach Anthony and Coach Eddie Chambers possesses over 25+ of technical expertise, strong 💪🏽 communication skills, and the ability to motivate and adapt to individual’s needs. They are both knowledgeable about boxing techniques and training methods - strengthening and conditioning, pad work and sparring. Their passion, enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to helping children, adolescence and adults are truly amazing. Coach Anthony and Coach Eddie are not just Coaches they are like family!
