I’ve been training with Charles at home for the past 7 weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s incredibly responsible, always punctual, and brings great energy to every session. Not only does he make workouts fun and motivating, but he’s also really attentive to form and progress.
Since I started training with him, I’ve definitely noticed how much stronger and more toned I am. It’s been such a boost both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a trainer who knows his stuff and makes the whole process enjoyable, I highly recommend Charles!

I was always hesitant to get a personal trainer, but having Charles in my comer was the best decision I ever made. He’s really opened a whole new world of fitness to me. I can't recommend my personal trainer enough! From day one, Charles has been incredibly attentive to my fitness goals and what I want to achieve. He consistently asks me about my objectives and makes sure that every session is tailored to those aims. If there's a workout that doesn't quite click for me, he doesn't hesitate to find alternative exercises to target the same muscle group, ensuring I still get the most out of each workout.
What I really appreciate is how he incorporates specific exercises I'm eager to master into our sessions. It feels great to see my personal preferences reflected in my training. Slowly but surely, I'm noticing significant gains in my strength, which is exactly what I was hoping for when I started this journey. Charles is the best out there for fitness and weight loss! I've trained with Charles now for 2 years and have lost a ton of weight! He tailor fits workouts to meet your end goals, by planning exercises to challenge you and to work your entire frame into shape. He also communicates with you on a personal level to show that he truly does care about you and your well being. He's accommodating to all needs, extremely professional on all levels, and has a vast knowledge of fitness that can't be replaced easily. I can say Charles is a one of a kind guy that I could never replace and I am extremely grateful to him for helping me achieve my goals of weight loss and becoming fit. Charles has been absolutely fantastic training my husband and I! The workouts are always different and engaging. Charles is able to bring different equipment to keep each workout interesting. After connecting with Charles a couple years ago I went from being overweight and out of shape (barely able to do a few minutes on the elliptical) to the fittest I've ever been.
After just a few weeks with Charles I started noticing major changes in my energy levels, weight, and especially strength, and I looked forward to every single session (coming from someone who hated working out!) to see how I could increase those numbers (reps, weight, time, etc.).
There is no way I could have done this without Charles.
His endless knowledge of methods, creativity, patience, constant positive attitude, not to mention all the equipment options he carried with him, all made the workouts enjoyable.
If I didn't like something or maybe wasn't coordinated enough to do it, he'd find something else that would work just as well, so as not to discourage me. His experience helped to understand my limits better than I knew them, and he would push me further than I thought I could go, without over doing it.
Fast forward a year and a half with a whole new set of goals than when I initially started, and training with Charles was just as helpful.
I highly recommend Charles for any fitness level- you won't regret it!

Charles is a very unique and interesting trainer to work with. Keeps the workouts intense, fun, and unpredictable. He has all the equipment you can possibly need for a great workout and then some. Charles isn’t like your typical trainer you see in most commercial gyms. Charles is very knowledgeable and caters a plan specifically for your goals. We have been training with Charles for over two years now. Personally, I’m averse to any sort of workout regime, prefer playing a sport instead. However, Charles changed this thinking of mine. He makes every training session very interesting and mixes up the exercises very well, never get a feel that something is repetitive. He works very well with us in case of injuries, and tunes the workout based on any issues we are facing. All in all, worth the time and money spent!

I began training with Charles 7 months ago. I’ve always struggled with self motivation when it came to working out. Since I began with Charles I’ve maintained a consistent and committed work out schedule. I’ve begun to really enjoy the hour 3 times a week and even look forward to training as one of the highlights of my day. The sessions are challenging but manageable. I see a steady incline of growth toward my ultimate fitness goals. The days I work out I have an extra charge of energy and improved mood. We train in my home gym and over the months Charles has so thoughtfully brought some of his own equipment to use as well as some gifts to ad to my collection. Due to a shift in my schedule I’ve had to change the days and times I train and he has accommodated that change. I no longer watch my clock to check when my hour will be over and instead wish it would go on longer. I often do a joint session with my boyfriend as well. We each have different fitness goals. Charles is able to coordinate the sessions in a way that while we are working out together, we are each working on our respective goals and at our appropriate pace. I’d refer Charles to anyone and I know he will easily exceed all expectations.

Charles is an absolutely amazing trainer and has been training me for about 2 years now. I had recently suffered a broken leg injury a year ago and he has gotten me back to my full strength with amazing leg workouts that aren’t to difficult that anyone can do. I feel better then ever. He is always so energetic and and has so much positivity in his system I don’t even think there is a negative vibe in him.
