I joined 6 weeks ago and love it! I've always had trouble sticking to a workout plan, but at CKO the instructors are so motivating. I feel like I'm really accomplishing something during every class. I highly recommend CKO Chatham!

I've been going to this CKO location for 3 years and I highly recommend it. Everybody is welcoming, the coaches are super nice and it's really a great ambiance. I'm in my 50's and was looking for something new, trying to break the routine from moderate running and weight lifting. I was really not a class person and didn't really know what kick boxing is. To my surprise I really liked it from the get go. The class can be quite intense but the deal is that you do whatever you can. So get crazy or take your time and breathe. There is no judgment, no singling out anyone and only very positive encouragements. Coaches have different styles so do not stop after your first class if that's not exactly what you expected.

This gym has become a significant part of my life. I feel like I’m constantly learning something new from Dimitri, and the other guys as well. Dimitri is not like a regular fitness trainer - his level of attention and perception is very high. I feel privileged and lucky

I don't even know what to say. This place brought me back to life. I'm a mom of two little ones and I'm deep in my forties and was feeling so bad about my body and general energy level. I joined this CKO. Not only is the work out amazing, but my body has truly changed and become toned in places I thought I had lost forever. The vibe of the class is so energetic and the camaraderie is invigorating! Also class times are perfect for working people!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I was looking for a new gym to join that embodies both a supportive environment for beginners, such as myself, and a family unit overall. Chatham CKO embodies everything that I have searched for and beyond. I have made numerous connections, learned new skills, and felt comfortable to try something that I have never done before! Sarah and Dimitri are two of the most kindest people that I have had the chance to talk to and get to know. Both Sarah and Dimitri go the extra mile to help you understand specific moves, nutrition, and pushing you to be your absolute best self. There are a million positive things I could write about this wonderful facility but I believe that me walking out of an intense workout with a smile on my face and a passion for more speaks for itself!

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this place. Whatever you’re looking for, this CKO is so unique because it has it all - whether you want to get in better shape or become a better fighter, learn how to defend yourself, the classes and the instructors are all so unique and offer everything you could want. I’ve never been in better shape from going to these classes and every time I go, I leave happier and empowered. Nonetheless, the people who go are all incredible and you become so close and friendly with everyone, if that’s what you want. And if not, that’s okay too. But, this place is a family and Sarah and Dimitri exemplify that to the fullest degree. If you’re questioning whether to go - just take 1 class. You’ll be hooked and you won’t regret it.

Sometimes it can be intimidating to go to the gym, especially starting at a new location. CKO Chatham has been welcoming and motivating since my very first class. They truly are a team environment and everyone cheers each other on. Best decision of my workout journey was signing up with them!

I started at CKO Chatham after winning a free month at an event at my church. Within seconds of walking into the studio I was made to feel like part of this incredible community and family they’ve built here! I knew I’d get an incredible workout here (which every workout really is incredible), but I didn’t expect to look forward to seeing the people too! I’m so thankful I’ve been introduced to this studio!

Since moving from the West coast to NJ during the pandemic, I was on a mission to find a gym with the hope of making a friend or two. As a new suburbanite with a martial arts background, I was skeptical of kickboxing. CKO Chatham far exceeded my expectations. This gym is not only a place where I get an excellent workout, but I've also learned proper boxing technique. My experience with the CKO Chatham community has been life changing. I've been so warmly welcomed into the community that my perspective of living in a NJ suburb has completely changed. I can't say enough good things to express the gratitude I feel for this gym and how much I feel at home and cared for at CKO Chatham.

I can't say enough wonderful things about CKO Chatham!! I joined them through their 42 day transformation and was inspired and felt part of an amazing community of people that all supported me from day 1. The owners have really made this a special place with quality trainers and classes that really produce results. Everyone is a genuine supporter of yours no matter what level your experience (take it from me who was an absolute beginner!) I felt welcomed immediately and became a full time member after results from my initial 42 days. Believe me, once you start going to CKO Chatham you won't want to stop. They are the absolute BEST!!!

I recently decided I wanted to try to get back into working out somewhere else besides my home. I signed up for the 42 day challenge and so glad I did - I immediately felt welcomed and supported. Members and trainers are all so friendly. While I felt like I was going to pass out on my first trial class (I consider myself a fit person, prior school athlete, but these workouts are no joke.) in 2 weeks I feel so much stronger and have improved stamina. I also like the empowerment of learning proper form! Sarah and Dimitri are great and very responsive on any questions I have! If you are looking for something new to whip you into shape I would highly suggest CKO of Chatham!

First off, the owner is a really friendly guy with tons of positive energy who also trains, giving some intense calorie burning classes! He’s there to help you, there to talk to you. You can even get a one on one session with him when you join, which I still have to do.
It’s a really great gym with excellent trainers that will get you kicking, boxing, and sweating in no time! You won’t be disappointed if you’re looking for a place that’s gonna help you get fit and stay fit. And let’s not forget, kickboxing also gives you moves that might be necessary if you ever need to defend yourself.
Everyone’s very positive, and you’re never pushed to do anything you feel you can’t do or is too much for you. You’re only encouraged to make an effort and push as much as you can. No matter what, you’re gonna feel the burn. They’ve even got a fun calorie kicking program running right now for members.

Dear readers,
I attended a free 90 minute kickboxing intensive workout class on July 20th of this year at the Chatham, New Jersey location. It was a full body workout and full of energy and differentiation incorporated into the delivery of the instruction by the trainers. The trainers were motivating and energetic. I needed their motivation because I am currently out of shape, but I made it through the workout. I would absolutely recommend signing up for classes and even becoming a member.

I was looking at different ways to mix up my workout (I like running, but have always struggled with cross training) and decided to give it a chance - I'm so glad I did because I love this place! the workouts vary between the instructors so they are all a little different and interesting, and they show you how to modify exercises if it's too difficult or if you want even more of a challenge. the best part is that I feel more energized and my endurance while running is increasing. it also just puts me in a better mood overall. highly recommend.
