well first, I would like to start by saying it's a good gym for the location that its at. The equipment is pretty good it has what you need. I think the highlight for me is the sauna, its big and heats up fast. I walk to the gym, but the gym also includes parking which is big plus in an urban environment. I think the gym has a lot of potential but there are somethings it also has to work on. In the entrance of the gym there is a glass water fall like stand that looks like it hasn't been used in ages and was forgotten, It kills the aesthetics of the gym and just makes the place looks dirty. I was disappointed that the gym didn't have any type of discount on the prices for military members or veterans, on top of that the prices do not match the out-of-date price ranges that they have printed out and posted on the counters. I think one very convenient thing the gym has is that the card you have in file is saved and when you want to purchase something they just charge you by looking you up, saves the swiping and having your wallet on hand during workouts. costumer service is a big key in business, honestly all i see is someone always on their phone, towels are never really on hand during rush hours, and I always see a lot of people over the counter.

No maintenance, the sauna has been out of service for almost 1 month, they don't clean the mirrors are dirty and the locks don't even mention it, the assisted pull-up machine has been damaged for more than 1 year and even if they tell you they don't fix it, it's a disaster. very dirty.

I give it stars 3 instead of 5 because the gym staff are nice, the gym itself is nice and big, but they need to clean the area were the treadmills are by the window, is so dusty there! It looks like dust on top of more dust.... is time for a few upgrades and for management to fix a few wear and tears on some machines and the building!!!!!

At the door says they open at 5 AM but the cashier said it is not updated, I just signed up according the open time info at the door last week but it seems there is no commitment in providing an accurate info. They do not respect the open time. Yesterday it was supposed to open at 6 AM and the person responsible for it arrived at 6:15 AM. What the hell it should be opened at the right time!! They refuse to return my money. I do not recommend that thing at all. Go and find another gym. You will find better option for sure.

Never open on time. Post-COVID they started opening at 6am and the lady that opens in the mornings is always late. She's 27 minutes late as I'm writing this and 12 people outside waiting while 3 left. People have things to do and are paying for their gym membership. Extremely disrespectful.

A lot of the gym members are rude and use various machines at the same time without the regard of other members. Weights, barbells, personal belongings are always on the floor. I have tripped various times. I talked to the Manager about these issues more than once but they don't enforce cleanliness and sharing equipment/weights between members.

Pros:
Convenient location & parking.
- It’s right off of Rt. 80, so it’s fairly easily accessible, and 2hr validated parking to the garage is offered.

Cardio & weights are usually not too crowded and available.
- I’ve never been there when it’s been so busy that a treadmill or like equipment was not free.

Sauna is good post-workout.

Cons:
The jump ropes aren’t readily available on the gym floor. It’s a minor thing, but when I’m looking to quickly workout, having to ask to borrow one at front desk was inconvenient.

The gym is kept fairly clean overall, and most of the staff is relatively friendly.

Great gym! Recently moved to the area and was worried about local amenities. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have every piece of equipment you could possibly need no matter your workout goals... cross fit, free wights, cardio, classes, everything! They've also got a great shake bar that I highly recommend for your post workout needs.

Another missed workout today because club metro continuously fails to open on time. 5am opening time was the selling point for me..the only time that I have to get my workout in..the reason that I chose to join this gym. However, at least once or twice a week, I don't get my workout in because no one is there to let myself or the other 10-15 paying customers in to workout... I can honestly say that they have improved with opening the doors on time. They get another star. Not a bad place to workout

bathrooms clean, machines clean, It does not stink like other gyms, they don’t have broken machines and if they break they repair them fast, the smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly especially Kayla, Rosa and Bryan and another person he has braids works in the night (I do not know his name) I love this gym the bad thing that they close early on Saturdays and Sundays and at 4:30 pm they don’t make smoothies (Sundays)

Love the dry sauna in the ladies area. The shower stalls are secure and private, with a glass door that can be securely closed and hooks for belongings while you shower. Lots of electric sockets for your own hair dryer or option to use the gym's hair dryer! The employees and also people exercising were friendly, helpful, nice. Nice to have a filtered water fountain plus an option to buy a fresh smoothie. Glad I joined. I'm new,; so, still exploring all the perks and rewards.
