Debbie is a lovely person and I really like her but I do think she needs some feedback. I do not want to discourage her. I took class with her on Monday. When Debbie gives instructions for the next moves they are sometimes not clear and can be confusing. She does not clearly prompt the move clearly. She states to use 1 or 2 springs if we want more but doesn’t say what we will be doing so we can decide. She says put your heels on the footbar but forgets to say where. People are looking around trying to figure out what we should be doing. She’s so busy trying to figure out what she wants us to do that she does not correct anyone during class. And I saw a number of people who needed correction. Several times she stated that she just can’t talk today. That can’t keep happening. I think she needs someone to point out the confusion she creates. Please use these comments constructively so Debbie can improve.

Christy is one of my favorites. I especially like that she is clear and easy to follow and demonstrates the movements in addition to giving verbal instruction for the workouts. There is always consistency and a good balance with every workout class I attend with her and there is always a focus on arms and lower body which is needed when your only attending on average 2 classes per week. I have definitely noticed a difference since I have started taking pilates and highly recommend to those who are looking to build strength and maintain/improve function!

The thought of Pilates sounds nice , but in my opinion this location in particular is not worth it. They don’t have enough space to continue to take people and still do so. I was paying for a an UNLIMITED membership but was only able to book up to 11 classes out MAX, which in my opinion is a scam because that wouldn’t be considered unlimited ? Also 9/10 you cant even book classes until like 2 weeks out because how full this location is, also staff is always at the desk but somewhere no one is ever available to answer the phone I get sent straight to voicemail, but then receive a text from them about my classes. My biggest problem here was communication and scheduling . Also they ran my card for no shows and late fees for days I canceled 24 hours in advance and charged me no show fee which is $20 for a class that didn’t even start yet 2 hours before my class which is ridiculous !! I’ve also noticed that the classes that aren’t even an hour they are 50 mins are not always 50 mins they waste time talking / eating I want my moneys worth !! Don’t waste your time here spend your money somewhere else , also there is favoritism so good luck with getting help with your form unless the teacher likes you ! However I did like Eboni her personality is great and she makes an effort to remember people who are consistent names & helps everyone but she is there certain days ! 0/5 stars if I could …. Also they are lying below i have heard bad things from multiple people leaving the facility, I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact and they did charge me fees when I made cancelations, take accountability this is bad business !!

I am writing a review but have not successfully gotten into a class due to ridiculous waitlist. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have expressed during signup that the wait list seemed long and they had multiple people say they had no problems getting in a class. When I signed up, I have expressed I could only take Saturday's. I signed up paying the ridiculous membership of $150 and signed up on a waiting list for a Sat. class. So, now I need to wait till next week, which is 2 weeks from when I started my membership and that is also a waitlist. Which means, I may need to wait 3 weeks to take my first class. This policy is ridiculous to push members to signup months in advance so other members are on a waitlist. If the company thinks this is a good marketing tactics, they are just causing upset disappointed customers.
UPDATE: after signing up for 2 months, I still stand with my review. The classes are great, but getting into a class is almost impossible. I was able to get into some classes because I just showed up hoping there would be a no-show (which was the case with the owners response). It was not because I was removed from the waitlist, it was because I decided to take a gamble. The culture of having people sign up weeks in advance obviously isn't a good strategy when classes have empty spots where there is a large waitlist. One time I just showed up and there was 3 spots available, with a waitlist. Not being able to plan for a class the day before because your just wishing to be taken off the waitlist is just not convenient. My last month 4 credits to use has still 3 credits to use and the next charge is in 2 days (4 more credits). Hmmm....lets think about that.

Jonah is my favorite instructor. I love the way she structures her classes. No matter what level of her class, it's challenging. Her style of teaching pushes everyone to become stronger, while introducing advanced exercises. I personally love her style as her classes aren't redundant but continues to be challenging. The biggest thing for me is Jonah correction, which demonstrates she is paying attention. Her classes are guaranteed workouts with exceptional guidance. Jonah's wit + charm distracts from how hard you're going to be working. 😊

Love this Club Pilates! I’ve been taking Samantha’s 1.0 classes for a few months now and it has given me such a better postpartum recovery experience than with my first child. I absolutely love Pilates. I've been a member almost a year. I can say that I've never had a bad instructor. My favorites however are Jonah, Jackie and Eboni!! They are are caring, always bringing exciting things to class and helping to correct your form!!!
The downside to club Pilates is trying to get classes. The waitlist by (midmonth) that's when my cycle starts is typically 9-10 people deep very hard to get a class therefore I squeezing 8 classes into a very short period of time the next month. This would be my biggest complaint for sure. If this doesn't change I would likely have to quit or go to 4 classes a month.

Before I joined Club Pilates, I thought it would be too easy for me as I used to play baseball over 16 years when I was younger. Boy was I wrong! It’s really tougher than it looks! It increases your energy and improves your core muscles, stamina and strength. This is all because of my amazing instructor Jonna!! She is fun and makes each session differently so that you won’t get bored and can focus on various muscles, etc. She is my wife’s and my most favorite and we always feels great after taking her lessons!😊💪👍

Jonah enthusiastically and astutely instructed me during an intro session with this studio. As an experienced Pilates student, I very much appreciate high energy, happy instructors who adapt cues by noting essential nuances in the body’s position.
