As someone with neuropathy and chronic pain Pilates has really changed my life. I suffered from a herniated disk in my lower lumbar spine that really turned my life upside down since I was 21. I’ve been in physical therapy and have undergone so many medical treatments that have acted like a bandage but never FIXED the problem.
Ever since starting Pilates almost everyday (except one or two days out of the week) my body feels stronger and my posture is better. My pain is quieter now and it’s really thanks to this.
If you’re a chronic pain girly like me the restore and flow classes with Ana are your best bet!

Tried to go there and get information. The trainer didn’t even acknowledge us until we were walking out the door and then she said to just call. I made several calls and got an answering machine. Pricing is not listed anywhere. Horrible customer service.

I absolutely love the club. All the instructors are awesome. I’ve completed 20 classes so far since I joined a month and a half ago. I already feel so much stronger than I have in a long time. I feel like I’m getting my body back and people are starting to notice and compliment me which is awesome. I am turning 50 next year and I definitely feel this is a great workout for women my age or who have certain physical restrictions. I have back issues and fibromyalgia and these classes have helped me tremendously. Now I try to go 5 times per week. I take the reformer class 4 times per week and the center and balance once per week. I literally try to plan things around my Pilates schedule because I don’t want to miss class. ☺️. Some days are tougher than others with the workouts but it’s worth the effort! Love this.

This is a great place for beginners like me! I feel the burn every time and feel like I'm making progress. Nicole's 1.5 classes push me the most which I appreciate! I highly recommend enrolling here and can't wait to see what's to come at this location :)

I am new to the Pilates world and I have to say it’s so worth it. I’ve been in it for over a month now and already feel stronger and feeling more confident in my body. As soon as you walk in you feel so warmly welcomed in a clean space and genuine smiles. The instructors are cognizant of your development to help progress in your Pilates journey. I am happy to be a member here!

From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed. The space is clean, the energy is amazing, and the front desk girls are truly the best. So kind, helpful, and friendly. Every instructor brings something unique to the table, so there’s something for everyone.
I’ve loved taking classes with Karla and Nicole. They each have their own style, and I always leave their classes feeling stronger, more confident, and challenged in the best way. But honestly, every instructor I’ve had has been wonderful!
If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, this is the place. It’s been the best decision I’ve made for myself.

I took Cardio Sculpt 1 with Nicole S. and it was the most fun I’ve ever had in a workout class before! Nicole’s positive and uplifting energy was flowing throughout the entire class, which gave me such a confidence boost during my first ever class! She was so kind and nonjudgmental and offered different tips, tricks, and variations for the moves, as well! I can’t wait to take more of Nicole’s classes!

Took my first pilates class today. Nicole was patient and motivating. The class is for everyone. I am in my early 50s and it was a perfect low impact workout. The stretching of my back was magnificent. Reception hosts were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to more classes.
