At CND Fitness we provide trainer led classes that will increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Our program is designed for people of all fitness levels. So, no matter where you are now, we can help you get stronger, fitter and faster to meet the physical demands of work and life as well as give you more energy and stamina to engage in the activities you enjoy most.
It's never too late to get fit or get back into shape again!

I feel like going to the gym because of how supportive CND Fitness is. This really helps when I don't want to get up and go. The workouts are always different, challenging (but individually modified if needed) and "fun". The coaches make the gym, their experience and knowledge give me confidence, I know when I am doing something wrong and know I will learn to do it correctly.

Been to a lot of gyms, CND is by far the best. Never the same workout, so each day is a new challenge which we all love. The trainers are awesome and they adopt/adapt to your ever changing needs. More importantly, they really care. I have met some great people who have become very good friends. In fact, the best part about CND is that it feels like we are all working together & encouraging one another. Bottom line, it’s more than a gym, it’s like a family which makes it unique and special.

CND fitness is a amazing place to workout. Coaches are knowledgeable, super nice and take an interest in you no matter the skill level. The facility is very clean with enough equipment and plenty of parking spots. Gym members are friendly and well-mannered. I really enjoy participating in annual events like Festivus games, Rugged mania, and the Christmas party!!!!!

CND gym is my second home. I love all the workouts and the coaches are extremely motivational. They are attentive and really teach you how to perform each movement correctly.
What I also love about CND fitness is that each class is different and it makes it fun to work out. I always feel energized and accomplished after each workout. CND is a great place for fitness, cannot recommend it enough! Love my CND family!

I began workouts following an injury that one of the coaches helped to remediate. I love that each class can accommodate all levels and each coach focuses on each participant. Classes focus on building functional strength from the inside out- a very healthy, sustainable and holistic approach to fitness.

I Highly Recommend them! The coaches are amazing. I have neurological issues from cancer & auto immune disorders. They are very patient, never condescending, always helpful & encouraging! I never feel like the odd man out. They’ve taught me that quality in my movements are more important than quantity. Any workout can be modified to your needs. The members quickly become like family. We work hard but always feel good about it. Please check them out! You won’t regret it!

I've been training with these three coaches for four years. They are knowledgable, motivating and careful to adapt the various workouts as needed by each individual: important for someone like me with a variety of injuries to cope with. The facility itself is well equipped and convenient. And as a big plus, the clientele are also friendly and fun, which makes going to work out not be a chore.

I've been a member of this gym for almost a few years now. From the moment you first walk in the door and all the times after, you are greeted warmly and enthusiastically by both the coaches and its members. This gym puts a huge focus on not only quality and purposeful work outs, but also community and camaraderie. I always leave this place feeling better than when I walked in. You want to get pumped up both mentally and physically, this is the place for you!

Christine Naoko and Damir are extraordinary fitness instructors as well as outstanding people.
They apply personal attention to each of us. They remember the physical challenges each one of us might be experiencing in the moment and quickly modify our exercise so we don’t miss a beat. I’m so very grateful for each of them for keeping all of us together by creating CND Fitness. They each know just how far to push our limits. They offer high level encouragement and coaching. Our classes are fun and hard work. We share well intended humor between us really as another avenue to spur each of us on to reach our highest level of endurance and health. Our atmosphere is pleasant, team oriented and downright awesome!
