Love love love! What an incredible experience- Lili is simply amazing. Her restorative class was delightful and delicious, starting with the soothing sounds of the harmonium, then the sequencing that just melted and rejuvenated our bodies and ending with the dreamy crystal bowls. Hands down the best restorative class I have been to- and I’ve been to a lot over the years living in LA, London and NYC. We floated out of there and didn’t want it to end!

I’ve been going to Coba Yoga consistently for almost 10 years. It is by far my favorite yoga studio. Lili and all of the instructors teach in a way that honors the cultural roots of yoga. I’ve learned so much from Coba about yoga as a meditative practice beyond exercise. From days of pregnancies, through postpartum depression, to struggles on and off in my daily life, Coba is a place I can always go to clear my mind. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a judgement-free, beginner friendly, all-are-welcome vibe.

Simply the best and most family friendly studio out there. Playroom and daycare for your littlest ones while you practice. lots of classes throughout the day led by some of the top teachers in the area. Great for walk ins.

I love this yoga studio. The whole building has an excellent flow and the staff are really kind and attentive. Great prices, and great for beginners. The staff take time out with you to get your poses in order so you won't hurt yourself. Things like that really matter!!!
