I highly recommend Casey as a personal trainer for anyone who is looking for private, personalized, motivated workouts. I have been working out with Casey for about a year and have gained strength, lost weight and have better all around health and fitness. Whatever your fitness goals may be, Casey will customize your workout specific to you and if you have an injury or limitations, she will make sure your workouts are respectful to your health concerns. Casey is super approachable and makes the workouts feel like fun, rather than intimidating. If you are thinking of giving her training a try, please do, your overall health and wellness will thank you.

After having my daughter I really wanted to get back to pre baby fitness. Commit2fit has helped me achieve those goals and more over the last 10 months. The convenience of scheduling at times that worked for my schedule has been crucial for me to be able to be consistent. I can’t recommend Commit2Fit highly enough! Personal training can be intimidating but Casey is very interested in keeping you engaged and safe. Started over nine months ago and do not see myself stopping anytime soon. She pushes you to be better and stronger but never loses sight of your limitations and will modify exercises as necessary. I find myself actually enjoying going to my workout. Also have done drop in classes and highly recommended those too.

I discovered Commit2Fit back in March. It was truly the best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey. I was new to the world of weights and strength training, Casey made that process seamless for me! I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and feel more confident than ever. I completed my first half marathon at the end of September. Having Commit2fit for cross training for that journey was critical, helped improve my running in so many ways. I started working with Casey 13 months ago. In this period of time, I've lost 40 pounds and have never felt stronger, healthier and more confident. Casey is a wise, patient and highly skilled trainer. She is not a cheerleader, drill sergeant or automaton. Rather, she is warm, friendly and fun. She meets clients where they are and is easy to learn from. Casey trains in a private, sun-filled studio in Bedminster that is inviting, convenient and well-designed. If you're looking for a friendly and supportive environment and trainer, far from other noisy, busy exercise factories with tons of people working out at the same time, this is it.

I started with C2F in September 2021. The very 1st workout Casey was very understanding to my intimidation and concerns and still is. During the workout I vomited and continued too for the next 3-4 months. Embarrassing I know, however Casey rolled with it and got me back in the game immediately! We adapted, leaned limits and started to push them incrementally. Casey has erased my fears of working out , boosted my confidence and has me looking forward to her doofy van pulling up my driveway. She’s the best!!!

As an ex-college athlete I’ve struggled for years with injuries and weight gain and tried so many different personal trainers that were all fine but nothing like Casey! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely loves what she does and keeps you accountable. That’s something I didn’t think I needed in a trainer, but it has made such a difference. I used to hate working out, but now when I see the Commit2Fit mobile gym pulling into the driveway, I actually get excited!! (Full disclaimer: you will be sore, so very sore 😁)

I have been training with Casey for a year now and she’s is perfect. She understand my needs and my body and it’s limitation so what I love is she adjusts the workouts accordingly but still makes it effective and results driven. You can’t ask for a better trainer than Casey! I just started working out with her over the last few months and can already see a huge difference. During a time where the average adult has gained 12.5 pounds to date during covid, you need someone to keep you motivated both physically and mentally. I have been working out with Casey for about three years now and she has completely changed my life. I have never been someone who enjoyed working out and always found it to be a chore. Casey creates individualized work outs for any stage in your fitness journey. Not only is she so very good at what she does but she is innovative- moving to remote sessions during the pandemic to being a complete gym on wheels, she has managed to turn a negative about the pandemic into a full business model. Casey is the best! I started working out with her over the summer and love it!
