I would like to express my confidence in my personal trainer Shane, located in Hackensack, NJ! I used Google search to find “best personal trainers near me”. I gravitated to Shane’s site, and made a decision to start working out under supervision. I met with him for a consultation and we discussed what my goals were. He has a very warm and friendly demeanor, carefully listening to my concerns. We set up my first training session, and I was impressed with his facility! Unlike the commercial gyms, this one was designed with personal attention in mind and I found the gym to be very clean and well designed. Machines are top-notch, and Shane takes pride in ensuring all the equipment is wiped down, sanitary, and ready to go. I needed to take quite a long break from my prepaid sessions, and I was very grateful when Shane honored them when I was able to return! I am feeling and seeing such progress, and very happy to endorse Shane as a trainer!!! He is kind and encouraging, and makes adaptations to exercises when my rheumatoid arthritis gets in the way. It is a very supportive environment, a no judgment zone and I can’t wait to continue to see just what I can accomplish with him supporting me and guiding me!!! Definitely stop by and meet with Shane, you will not be disappointed!!!

Shane is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. He pays attention to my form to ensure I’m doing each exercise correctly which is so important to prevent injuries. He’s very creative with different exercises to keep me motivated. I highly recommend Shane.

Shane is second to none in Personal Training. I have been training with Shane, going on eight years. Transforming my 67 year old body to being chiseled, fit, increased strength and rehabilitation to my right torn rotator cuff, where the orthopedic surgeon said I needed surgery. The mobility and strength I gained back in my shoulder is unbelievable. No one believes I’m 67. I receive compliments to the shape and condition I am in, look much younger than my age. Looking fantastic and the encouragement from people to continue my regime with him is many. Most then say they should work out as I do to look as good as well in my clothes. A walking billboard to his knowledge, discipline, workouts and diet. Been with many trainers over the years, no one can fill his shoes. He focused solely on you with all

I've been working with Shane as a personal trainer since 2016. He taught me how to breathe probably to keep up my stamina and I continue to grow as an athlete because of his training. He pushes me all the time and encourages me to keep going even when I feel defeated. He is my biggest supporter outside my family. And I wouldn't recommend any one else as a personal trainer.

Shane is not only patient but super kind as well. I'm recovering from runner's knee (a result of flat feet and 11 years as a nurse) and have had to take a break. True to his character he still checks on me...making sure I'm eating healthy and still getting some movement in. He is a fantastic trainer!!

Great staff, great facility, great energy...I have trained with Shane for 5 years and I never felt better. Often I set an early alarm, grab a water bottle and look forward being greated by "You're late, I guess you don't want to get better" followed by 50 minutes of sweat, 70s and 80s music, and Curls for the Girls.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but I just needed to share my experience at Condappa Strength. I’ve been in and out of gyms and working with various trainers for a long time. But after a few weeks I would get bored or feel like I’m just another number and I was on my own. I’ve tried many diets, fitness fads and gadgets. It wasn’t until I started working with Shane did I feel comfortable in my own skin and fulling committed to getting healthy. He has been patient, reliable and motivational. He holds me accountable for my nutrition and he keeps my expectations realistic. He’s friendly, willing to answer all my questions, and cares about my concerns. I know I still have a lot of work ahead of me, but with his guidance, I feel it’s attainable and not overwhelming.
