Jared Coughlin is and always will be a rockstar ⭐️ I have been training with Jared for 12 years. I started training with him a year after my horrific car accident. I was wheelchair bound and paralyzed on one side. Jared started training me. Today, I am a walking miracle. He coached me and guided me in every direction I needed. His skills and professionalism gave me the tools I needed to work hard and diligently. He was a blessing to my life and still is. I am forever grateful.

I have been training with Jared for over four years, and for the last few years, we’ve committed to a five-days-a-week, one-hour-per-day routine. Jared is an excellent trainer who is always prompt, Professional and goes out of his way to target core strengthening and build muscle improvement. He always has new exercises And keeps it interesting and challenging. He is very, very knowledgeable about The physical body, muscle groups, and nutrition. I would highly recommend him to anyone at any age. He’s absolutely the best!

Jared is amazing! He trained me through both of my pregnancies — literally up until the week I gave birth — and always adapted exercises to my abilities while still giving me an amazing workout. I was able to stay strong, do things like elevated planks, step-ups, and standing core work, and recover so quickly after both births because of it. I think there’s a huge misconception that pregnant women shouldn’t be doing certain exercises, but Jared’s knowledge proves that wrong. He’s super knowledgeable, keeps workouts interesting, and creates such a relaxed, non-intimidating atmosphere. He even trains kids, which I think is so cool, and I hope mine work with him one day for sports!

I have been training with Jared for over 6 years. His workouts consist of a wide variety of thoughtfully crafted exercises tailored to my specific intensity needs and goals. He frequently modifies or changes workout plans based on occasional injuries I obtain elsewhere. He is serious about his work but is easy to talk to!

Jared has been working with our young athletes from Medford and doing an incredible job. He tailors their workouts to their specific sport with relevant exercises. We’ve watched both of our daughters excel on the softball field as a result with both power and speed. Cannot recommend this training enough.

Happen upon this facility, went inside to make some inquiries. The gentleman, who I assume, was right up front, talking a customer ( I'm assuming again). I waited a little bit, think he would acknowledge me. This man just looked at me twice, then turned his attention back to the person. I was never asked, " May I help you?"
I'm a woman of color, and the gentleman is white and so was the customer! I DON'T NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE MY MONEY, THAT DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH ME! I'm sure, there are other places, I will get good service!

I have been training with Jared going on six years. Jared is the best there is!!! He challenges me each and every session including providing unique and challenging workouts each time. Jared has assisted significantly in getting ne in good shape. I always look forward to going to his training to see what he has in store for our next training session!!!
