Duane’s a terrific trainer. He’s always helpful with form and can help you with an alternate exercise if you’re limited physically. (Seems to happen more and more as I get older) Very upbeat personality and easy to get along with as well.

Duane is a great fitness coach. I have been working with him for more than a year and I see and feel the results. Duane makes his classes fun. He takes the time to explain the exercise/work out and he also takes the time to explain the correct way to go about it.
He motivates me with his rock playlist and once in a while he changes it up with some fun pop.
I highly recommend Duane if you want to see results.

Working out with Duane is a highlight of my week! I have become so much stronger, with extra energy to boot! Duane gives personalized attention, and really takes care to model proper form. What I personally appreciate most is how he caters to every fitness level/ability- he gives my athletic husband an intense workout, and then modifies for me, a “less athletic” middle-aged woman with M.S., pushing me to be the strongest I’ve been in years. Lastly, Duane is a great cheerleader, and makes putting in the work more fun than I’d experienced in the past with other workouts. Thanks, Duane!
