Come visit the DCW studio – located in sunny OCNJ. My name is Dylan and I am so excited to bring this movement and wellness community to you - both in-person and virtually.
We host multiple in-person movement classes per day. Classes are pilates inspired, with an emphasis on low-impact, stability-focused movement and a strength or cardio push depending on the class type. We also offer vinyasa yoga classes to focus on movement and breath. The majority of classes in-studio will be heated, so come ready for a sweat! Classes will always specify whether or not they are heated.

I can’t recommend DCW more. It was exactly what I was needing in my routine and I am blown away and regretful I didn’t join sooner. Every instructor is amazing the touch of yoga classes gives your routine that slow stretch and challenge you need after building strength in the mat Pilates class. The studio is clean and has such a great vibe, beautiful sauna in the back and bala accessories are chefs kiss. So happy Ocean City has a studio like this!

The combination of tempo, stability, weights, breath and heat is on point! Every class is always a wonderful full body workout every time! I love the smaller classes and the view! I always leave feeling mentally clear, stronger and sweaty 😅

Fun, welcoming, engaging and moderately strenuous class. 45 minute Glutes/Core = Worth It. Nice to take a class with the studio owner. Always appreciated and she has good hands for assists. Also a beautiful studio space.

Dylan is the most knowledgeable and motivating instructor! Her classes are challenging and fun. She pushes you to work hard and also offers modifications when you need them. I took several classes with Dylan over the last two summers. I am older and had a broken leg previously, so she modified some floor exercises for me to make it easier.

At any age, you will feel comfortable and not intimidated at Dylan's DCW Studio. I have been taking her online and in person classes for 3 years. Dylan is a very motivated trainer with great energy and a positive vibe. Her workouts are challenging and fun. You will work out muscles you did not know you have.

When I first met Dylan I loved her!! She’s kind strong smart and has this whole FIT GIRL VIBE (shout it to you Dylan bc your my inspo!!) she hosted an outdoor pop up Pilates class —with Morgan (who is great too!! And who shared an incredible CBD informational presentation! Shout out to Morgan!!) —where I really fell in love with the way she teaches! She offers virtual classes and in-person with plenty of deals and options and times! She embodies everything she teaches which I admire! The classes are powerful and her good vibes radiate through the class. I highly recommend joining a class — I am very sure you’ll fall in love with it
