I’m so ecstatic that I landed at D & D Spin & Trim. There is a feeling of community amongst the women. Very supportive, like minded and fun to be around. The instructors are great and there are a variety of morning & evening classes to choose from, 7 days a week.

This is an awesome place. The classes are small and challenging. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and are truly interested in your needs. I have learned so many things from how to do a squat properly to how to train my heart. Since their is no contract you can try it out, first class free.

Love this place! The support from the teachers and the comraderie of all the women is what makes this place unique. I like that those classes are small and the instructors can point out if you are not doing a move correctly so you don’t hurt yourself They make working out fun! Especially love that they offer boot camps! I have been in two and can’t wait for the next!!!

As a local, family owned and operated business, DD Spin and Trim is an invaluable asset to the Toms River community. From the moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed and valued as an integral member of Dee and Deeanna’s fitness family. Deeanna has transformed my lifestyle to include fitness in all of the best ways, and I cannot imagine my days without her classes and encouragement. Class sizes here are intentionally smaller and intimate so that the instructors can give individual attention and praise to all who take class. There are morning and evening classes, with a wide variety to choose from and something for everyone of any age or ability. It is truly my favorite place to be!

DD SPIN AND TRIM…came to be at the perfect time in my life… I had just moved to Beachwood( less then a 1/2 mile away ), wanted to workout for “me” and also meet new people .. The instructors care , know every single member by name and make this studio such a loving, fun “family” place. The classes are excellent with a wide variety from Spin, Step and Zumba plus many more ! And the members are just as friendly! Highly recommend this studio and all of the instructors with their many years of experience!

DD Spin & Trim has become my second home, literally! When you walk in, you feel like family! When I say FITFAM, I truly mean it. The instructors are INCREDIBLE, not only do they have years of fitness knowledge, they pair that with suppprt, compassion, & make you feel comfortable straight away!! If you want to become part of a fitness "family" this is the gym to be! From the moment you enter you feel embraced and supported by great instructors. The gym is more than a gym, it's an experience! This gym has so many different classes to chose from. The class times are very good for people who are still working. The instructors are friendly, fun, caring and knowledgeable. They will instruct and teach you to exercise the correct way. A wonderful gym where you always will feel welcome.
