Dean has been my personal trainer and Zumba instructor for nearly 3 years and he was the DJ for my birthday party with 95 people in attendance. Dean is both incredibly professional and personable which makes him a pleasure to work with. For training he is always prepared, customizes each workout to my needs, changes things up and keeps it interesting and most importantly, gets me results! His Zumba classes offer a great workout, a fun time and a chance to be part of a welcoming community because he sets the tone. Friends who attended my birthday party still talk about the awesome DJ, who not only played my favorites but intuitively read the crowd and created a playlist that got everyone on the dance floor. Overall, Dean excels at everything he does because of his hard work, attention to detail, respect for individual needs and endless enthusiasm and energy!!’

Dean Seda is an exceptional trainer. After a knee replacement I began training with him weekly. Each session has been tailor made for me to build leg strength, core strength, and overall fitness. Dean’s expertise and encouragement have been major factors in my success and in motivating me to stay fit and healthy. I feel amazing and my strength and balance have far exceeded what I ever imagined possible. I can’t recommend him enough.

Have been doing virtual training with Dean for over 2 years and it has been such a blast. He is very patient, encouraging and fun, and will customize every session based on my needs and the equipment I have, sometimes even very creative when I was traveling with no equipment. Dean is also a good listener and a good friend, and we always have good conversations between our sets.

Dean is a fantastic trainer. He listens to your goals and requests and customizes a workout plan based on your goals and lifestyle. On our workout sessions we focused on upper body and he was great with coming up with workouts for different muscle groups that can work with my limited equipments. He is also fun and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him!

I had the pleasure to train with Dean over zoom. The class was always filled with dancy HIIT movements and improvised weighted objects. I like his approach to fitness and encouragement. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He was even the most booked trainer in GymPass, that tells you a lot about him.

Working out with Dean is an utter joy! The workout time just flies by because of his engaging style. He personalizes each workout taking into consideration the subject’s ability, goals, and current physical health. Each session begins with him checking in with his client as to how the individual is feeling. He’s very cognizant of insuring one progresses without injury. Dean Seda is an outstanding personal trainer. I have osteoporosis, had never worked with a coach or trainer before I met him, and didn't know what to do.
