Denville Pilates is fantastic! I have been working w/ Melissa and she is phenomenal. She studied in Thailand for three years and her knowledge gained absolutely shows. I had back surgery so I needed to find someone who would be protective of my back and slowly build from there. That is exactly what Melissa is doing for me. She understands all the inner workings of the body and knows how to tailor each movement for me specifically. She can move me just an inch and totally transform which muscle is getting attention. I've had knee pain off and on since I was a teenager and it was pretty steady every time I bent the last few years. Within a few months the pain was completely gone. I consider her my Pilates Whisperer :)

The studio itself is bright and sunny from large wall to wall windows and is impeccably clean. It's a modern studio but with just five reformers it is still cozy and you receive a lot of personal attention when taking classes unlike the bigger chains.

If you've never done it and wanted to try this is the place to do it!

I’ve been working with Jady and she has been incredibly patient, understanding, educational, and also knows how to challenge me in the best way! I was a little nervous to start Pilates at first, feeling like I might not fit the “typical demographic,” but I’ve always felt so welcomed and supported here. Highly recommend and worth the $!

Really enjoyed the facility, clean and nice staff. I misremembered the time and showed up at the 30min later spot. There was no grace for a makeup. This customer service was unfortunate for a new client testing out the program.

We will be going elsewhere. And wish them our best.

Melissa is the BEST. I drive over an hour to see her. No one else compares, great workout, easy to schedule and very fairly priced for private sessions as well.
