I was looking for a gym where I felt safe and welcomed, and Dynamic Training is where it's at. I love the tailored group experience, and Heather and Dom are very warm, positive, and welcoming. Dom is highly attentive and passionate, will help correct your technique while doing the exercises, and I especially like their motto of "consistency over intensity." I also like their holistic approach, offering Group Training, Nutrition and Mental Health services for an even more personalized, integrative experience. I highly recommend!

The small group training gym offers a fun, motivating, comforting environment and each program/session is perfectly tailored to your personal goals and abilities. Dom has a great way of pushing me past what I think I can do, without ever making me feel overwhelmed. The workouts are challenging, energizing and rewarding. I have seen real progress in my strength, endurance, and confidence.
Beyond the workouts, the staff genuinely cares about your overall well-being, always checking in on your recovery, nutrition, and mindset as well as hosting community events.

Amazing place! Dominick is truly the best. He pays attention to how your body is feeling and adjusts exercises instantly if there’s any discomfort. I’ve already learned so many helpful stretches and exercises that I can use outside of our sessions too. The atmosphere is encouraging, personalized, and supportive. If you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing and cares, this is the place!

I love this place! It's exactly the kind of place that I needed at this point in my life. The personalized attention that Dom is able to give you while in a "group" setting is perfect. He's attentive without being overbearing, always checking to make sure nothing hurts where it's not supposed to and making adjustments on the fly. I’ve been training with Dom for almost two years, and since the opening of Dynamic Training, my experience has only improved. The gym is clean, modern, and welcoming, creating the perfect environment to focus on your fitness goals.
What sets this place apart is how personalized everything is. Each person in the small group personal training sessions receives a tailored workout plan. Dom is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented—he consistently designs workouts that align with your goals, pushing you when necessary and adjusting exercises when needed.
Dom and Lindsey have created a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and the flexible hours make it easy to fit workouts into my schedule.

The strength training programs that Dom creates are personalized to your goals and support building areas of strength and mobility. Each program challenges you to improve every time you enter the gym. He takes the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and what muscle groups it targets. He is supportive and encouraging during your 60 minute session and you leave with a great sense of accomplishment each time. Lindsey always greets each member with a smile and quick check in when you walk in the door and is. cheering you on from the sidelines during your program. Thanks to Dynamic Training I have never felt better and stronger!

Dynamic Training is hands down one of the best gyms I have ever joined. The minute I walked in and met Lindsey and Dom I knew I would be joining this gym. Their energy is so contagious and exciting. This place is great for people like me that want a personal approach to working out. Dominick is caring and super friendly. He knows when to push you to your best self and know how to modify if a movement is not working for you. I found this gym after looking for awhile. At first I was worried about the price but it’s 100% worth it. Dominick has given me my ability to work out after over a year off due to a bad knee injury!

I’ve been at Dynamics Training for 6 months now and I can honestly say it has been a game-changer for me, both physically and mentally. What’s unique about DT is the workouts are customized to your individual goals, fitness level and limitations. Each workout plan is challenging yet realistic. I’ve seen noticeable progress in 6 months.
The atmosphere is also very friendly and comfortable. You’re around other people but the focus is on your own workout, rather than the group. I also really appreciate the progress report shared every few weeks - keeps me motivated and inspired!

What is not to love about Dynamic Training! Dom and Lindsey created not only a very welcoming environment but also a customized experience every single time we come though the doors! Dom is an outstanding coach and ensures that every session is tailored to achieving the goals discussed when setting up the program. He also challenges us to try a little bit more every session. Dom’s understanding of fitness has gained my full trust and I come in and leave confident that I will have a great, effective, and safe workout. He is also great with suggesting modifications to different exercises. The facility is spot clean, very well organized, the equipment is top notch, and it is beautiful. Parking is also very convenient . I am glad to be part of this community and am reaching my goals one session at a time.

My son is a 2-sport college athlete. He came out of lacrosse season and spent the summer working with DynamicTraining.to be ready for football camp. DT not only met but exceeded his expectations. In 2 months, his physical and nutritional gains were significant and markedly noticeable. With guidance, he’s made lifestyle changes that will benefit him long after his competitive athletics are finished.

Dynamic Training is the perfect place to get a personally tailored workout that addresses both your fitness goals and any modifications needed based on chronic pain or injuries. It’s a place where you work at your own pace and compete against yourself and do not feel pressured to keep pace with others. I’ve suffered from various injuries, aches & pains since turning 50 and it’s encouraging to finally find a gym that can help me work toward my fitness goals while listening to my body and preventing further injuries. It’s easy to fall into a slump when you are injured, but Dominic has the knowledge to help you regain your strength and get back to living a healthy lifestyle. The 30 minute staggered start times also make this gym extremely convenient for those with tight schedules! Loving it so far!

The smaller gym setting is comfortable and love that I can get a full, effective workout done in just an hour. It's the perfect balance of structure, community, and efficiency. The personal attention from Coach Dom makes a huge difference- I feel supported & challenged.
