I cannot say enough of Elite! Coach Slava skills and patience are excellent. I was a gymnast when I was younger and I always dreamed of my daughters following in my footsteps when I started my older daughter here just a few short weeks ago I knew I made the right choice. I cannot wait for my other 2 to join in as well! I look forward to moving forward and watching great things come from my little ones with the help and guidance from this amazing facility!

My daughter participates in the Bitty Bouncers class and I would highly recommend!!! Coach Lilly is a phenomenal instructor and does an excellent job with the toddlers. My daughter loves her and is learning ai much participating. She is learning gymnastics and how to wait her turn, follow directions and work with others. It has been great for her confidence! The facility is clean and has an awesome set up!

One star is too generous.

We had an extremely upsetting experience at this gymnastics facility. The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm—completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement.

All the children run through the hallway—ours was no different—but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children’s activity before. If you can’t handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn’t be running a business for them.

I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child’s safety and emotional well-being.

My 2 year old LOVED open gym in the bitty bouncers room. It was very clean and safe for him to run around, jump, climb and explore! There were 2-3 coaches in the room that were helping the kids and making sure they were safe. I also loved that open gym was right before nap time. My son keeps asking to go back and we definitely will.

My daughter has been a part of the gymnastics team for two years now. The coaches and staff have helped her so much in building confidence and positive self esteem. All of the coaches are attentive and kind. When Grace doesn’t believe in herself they are there to cheer her on and remind her of how strong she is. We are so happy to be a part of ETA and for creating a safe environment for my daughter to grow and learn.

Let me start by saying that Elite Trampoline Academy has World Class coaching. If you are looking for your son or daughter to strength train, develop their core, and gain a sense of confidence in themselves, you will not find a better place to do so. The Elites coaches are the best in the country and even the world for that matter. Coach Tatiana (Olympic coach), Coach Slava (former World Champion), and Coach Steven (former Olympian) emphasize consistency, dedication, and attention to detail. They are experts in their craft. I have two daughters that go to Elite, one who is on the competition team and the other who loves going to the recreational classes to spend time with these coaches. I can not express my gratitude for what these coaches have done for my daughters regarding their confidence, listening skills, and instilling the ability in them to be better athletes and people. If you are 5 or 15 and on the fence about signing up this is your message to give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

We’ve attempted to use this place a few times and have had recurring issues with it. After today this will be our last time stepping foot in the door.
Our daughter has some special needs like sensory and mild ADHD but nothing too drastic. Apparently the staff here doesn’t tolerate it or don’t want to be bothered with it because my wife said that on a number of occasions they flat out ignored her, only helping with the other kids. I was never there to observe it so I didn’t know how bad it was but it was enough to have my wife stop bringing my daughter at one point. We decided to give it another try and signed her back up for the trampoline class 1-2 months ago because she loves trampolines & jumping.

She has VERY curly hair so hair ties are typically a challenge with her. We usually use the fluffy ones so it doesn’t hurt her because the small ones get tangled and typically won’t stay in unless they’re too tight.
Today she apparently took it out before we got there and I didn’t notice until we were inside. I asked for one at the front desk and they provided a narrow black one. Being her dad I typically don’t tie them well so she kept coming back to me for help. I told her I would take her up front and ask one of the girls for help but her teacher stepped in and said he would do it. He ties the thing so tight it was unbelievable. I couldn’t even get it that tight if I tried. She just starts sobbing. The guy didn’t say a word. I was so furious. I just told him we are leaving and promptly cancelled my membership at the front desk. I will be filing a complaint against him as well. He’s lucky I am not filing a police report.

Update to this review - I finally get a call back from them to acknowledge the issue after I tried to contact a manager 2x and followed up with an email. The person I was speaking with proceeded to lay blame on me for not having a hair tie in the first place and it was breaking regulations that were in the waiver. Way to deflect blame away from the fact that your teacher did wrong and made my daughter cry. Great customer service you have. You people are rotten evil people and I would never EVER recommend anyone to step foot in that place.

Wanted to take a second after my twin daughters have been coming for 3 years (they are 6 now ) to relay what a special place ETA is. At 3 years old and during the Covid phase , my girls both suffered from social and speech delays. I explained this to the owner and she made me feel so comfortable that they would be accepted there. Since then we have done many sessions and my girls have grown to love the sport and have gained confidence. They are still shy by nature, but one of them actually just joined the pre-team and is already looking forward to competing in the future. Never thought I would see that ! It’s the time of year to be thankful and I am very thankful for all the coaches and staff at ETA ! Happy Holidays !

Coach Steven, being an Olympic Champion, uses his knowledge and experience to communicate with children (especially little ones, you can see they absolutely love him) He can break down skills so that everyone can figure out how to do them, instilling confidence in kids because when they do what he says, it works, they trust him and they are looking forward to their next. The Glow Parties and the new gym for the little ones with the mini trampolines and colorful lights are perfect for kids birthdays parties and play dates. They are open late and as a working parents( we have recently moved) i really appreciate it and I can’t be happier to have discovered this place! Simply the best in the area. I’ve met parents here that commute to get their kids trained by coach Tatiana for Olympics, which to me says a lot. Highly recommend!

My kids are coming here since 5 and have never turned it down always looking forward to every class. I have no idea how they do it there as the training is real and very intense. The best gym and trainers, huuuge space, always clean with directed traffic, very professional. Glow parties, birthday parties, kids and little ones with the light show, they have it all covered! Highly recommend, especially for the little ones! It’s very important to start them early. Thank you, coaches, thank you Coach Tatiana for bringing all this together each day and every day! It was our first class and will be the last. Can’t say anything about the coaches, however, a couple of girls from the staff are extremely impolite and rude. Almost every time we went there for drop-off or pick-up, they find something to yell us at. We maybe new and not familiar with the rules, but this shouldn’t be reason to reprimand others.

My kids loved it there but during the summer my son wouldn’t go anymore and i hadn’t paid for the session yet. I called and Kayla told me she would refund me the $90 in December if I didn’t sign back up. Also I never said to charge my card but she did anyway. I call in December and she says she doesn’t remember that conversation and that the owner won’t refund will only give a credit. Well isn’t that convenient. No thanks I will not visit a place that says one thing and then says another. Bad for business. The girl at the front desk is rude and unprofessional!

Can't say enough about ETA. Everyone here has been great. I signed up my 4 year old daughter in October (going on 9 months) and she's been going to class every week and fully enjoying it. She just turned 5 and she's going to continue in the next age group. Coach Steven is AMAZING with the little ones and keeps them happy and engaged the entire time. They are very flexible with classes. I even signed up my teenaged sister soon after, and she has a blast every Saturday while getting in some serious exercise. I highly recommend Elite Trampoline Academy.

Took my 4yr old granddaughter to Elite trampoline through a Groupon offer to see if she would like it. She did, but no follow up, very little attention from management as to the next steps. In fact, Groupon kept emailing to say I needed to use my offer, when I had already finished the classes. Seemed very disorganized. We wont be returning.

This is a great facility and the crew is extremely professional with the kids. They really give utmost attention to form and classes are very closely monitored by the staff. I prefer this over the neighboring head over heels which usually just jams its classes with a lot of students per session and is not of any benefit. The coaches here work closely with the kids and try to push them towards the next level are very motivating. Hands down would recommend this center to any parent. My daughter has been using it for 2 years now.

Each of the coaches at ETA are friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. The connection with the athletes is so inspiring to watch. The way they work with toddlers (including our toddler twins) up to adults - keeping everyone safe & progressing at the right speed - it's just such a fun atmosphere to be around.
