Great instructors!! Love Melissa’s energy! This Pilates Studio is unique and has so many added equipment for well-rounded workouts. Not only State of the art, reformer beds, also Pilates chair, springboard, jump board , TRX! I see such a difference in my core with one month of consistent workouts, I feel more strength, balance, and empowered. This form of workout is my favorite kind, connecting mind, body and soul. I absolutely love this studio! Courtney is such a fantastic instructor, she’s so motivating and always keeping the workouts fun and challenging. The first thing I notice about the studio is how clean it is kept. I really enjoy how much effort goes into making the studio clean and nice. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the instructors are amazing. I would defiantly sign up and begin my pilates journey here, it is so amazing!

Pilates is new to me and I came to try out a class. I loved it so much that I decided to join as member. I loved the environment here, I loved that it’s also a women’s only Pilates studio.
