Rodger and Celina are amazing!

I began my journey at Enhanced Health and Fitness 2 weeks ago. I am 56 years old and was ready to become healthy for the rest of my life. I researched several local facilities. I knew I did not want to go to a large commercial gym, as I had no idea how to work out. I found EHAF online. I communicated with Rodger then arranged to go to meet him and see the facility in person. I was impressed by his experience and knowledge of what it takes to be fit. I was even more impressed by how much he wanted to know about me and my individual needs. There was no "fluff" or "hard sell" in the meeting. I’ve had 2 strokes and I have left sided weakness. I recently completed the 6-week challenge at Enhanced Health and Fitness with Rodger, and the results were beyond what I expected. Not only did I lose weight, but I also toned up — and the crazy part is, other people noticed before I even did! That alone says a lot about the effectiveness of the program. It was definitely a confidence booster.
I knew I had to keep going. Now I’ve signed up to continue training here!

I had a great experience here! Rodger helped me figure out the types of foods I should be eating, what my individual macros should be and how to log everything correctly. Additionally, he showed me how to use
different types of machines around the gym and gave me an individualized workout plan to follow when I came in. By far the best small group gym I have been apart of. Of the three years I have been training, I have gained muscle and my overall body composition has slimmed out. I especially like the quarterly challenges the gym hosts. They promote accountability and

This is an excellent private gym where I get personalized attention. It’s not some work out off the shelf but somethings that is specific to my needs. My trainer is awesome and often times it’s just us in the gym so there’s a lot of privacy and it’s comfortable, and he listens to my needs which is important. I’ve had great results, especially in my back pain, mobility, knee pain, and general health and weight loss. Cost is affordable and well worth it in comparison to a big box Jeff loaded with people. You definitely should give it a try.

Enhanced Fitness is the TOP choice if you are looking for the personal trainer experience in a small group setting. Rodger has got the knowledge and years of experience to help you reach your goals without getting hurt, plus he maintains a chill/casual vibe in his gym. It's great working with a pt who's not bouncing off the walls trying to get everybody all hyped up all the time. VERY price competitive compared to other small group training gyms in the area, but you still get your own personal routine which is kinda rare from what I've seen. Give Rodger a chance and get yourself in shape!

Rodger is not an intimidating trainer, as he makes sure to take his time and see what works best for the individual. He’s got a good sense of humor so sessions are easy to get through.
