Very good gym. Equipment is amazing - you can find anything for all your needs. The staff is super nice. The only negative - people don't remove weight plates from the machines once they are done. I'm not as strong and can't be removing 200 lbs of plates each time I want to use a machine. Very inconsiderate. I wish management could do something about it.

Man all these bad reviews for no reason people just love hating this gym is extremely great and the equipment is amazing specially the staff so glad I found this gym and excited to go back again and the temperature inside the gym is just perfect for a great workout

Please pickup the trash you littered all around the area. The flyers are jammed into people's care doors and all over the pavement.

Gym is limited in equipment and small anyways. Plenty of adequately stocked gyms in the surrounding area that also don't litter.

Me gusta el lugar tiene muchas máquinas, y se siente completo, lo q me gustaría es q hagan mantenimiento a las máquinas, al lugar, ya q se paga una cuota anual para el mantenimiento y sería lo más lógico, de ahí un lugar muy bueno

My first day at this gym, already loving it. I love the cardio machines, super fun!
I mostly stayed on the first floor as I want to absorb the atmosphere slowly but I am having a pleasant experience. I’m writing this review while on the cardio bike

The main floor can be deceiving. This gym has so much space on the lower level (equipment and class space). You are able to link with a personal trainer here as well.

I want to like this gym but the gym etiquette in there is poor. Nobody puts their weights back so you end up spending extra 20 minutes putting other folks weights back and looking for missing weights.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to as far as cleanliness.. the people here are nice😊respectfully helpful and Eddie and staff are generous, and kind!!! Come join e&s you won’t regret it there’s a machine for everybody part you have!!! Although I think on the weekends they should stay open later I love it!!!!let’s go💪😜

Mi esposo y mi hijo opinan igual que yo,Es super ya que dispone de todo los aparatos 🏋‍♀️ el trato es con respecto y con educación 🤷 y el ambiente es muy agradable,nos hace sentir como en casa osea en confianza y claro con el cuidado de cuidar el espacio... yo le dio 5 porque no hay más que colocar... First gym I ever joined. Eddy, the owner, is a great guy, you can learn a lot here if you're interested in weight liftingor bodybuilding. It's small, but it's a down to earth gym and very affordable.

Very dirty, dusty equipment, nobody ever cleans that place, NO ventilation.... The owners are OK but don't care about your complaints... the gym is like a dirty bathroom.

Es body fitness is the worst gym ever I had a one year membership the manager is very disrespectful rude and inconsiderate the showers and bathrooms are disgusting and there’s poor ventilation in the free weight area along with a lot of the operated weights are made with pullys which is not Department certified to be used.

Very good gym located on maine st. Hackensack. Cardio machines on street level with a very large strength training area down stairs. They put alot of effort into keeping the facility clean. It's a no frills gym that's reasonably priced.

Everything was okay until it was time for me to cancel my membership. I went in yesterday to cancel my memebership and of course they did’nt canceled it until today and now my card is being charged a monthly fee and a cancellation fee. Thanks for the amazing customer service !

When we signed up, they promised that they would turn on the air conditioning when the weather started getting warm. When the weather was 80°+ they made excuses that the boss didn't want to turn it on or it was too expensive. So we decided to cancel. 4 months later, they are still charging me and do not want to refund the extra money. Be careful. This place rips you off.
