I’ve been going to this gym for the past two years, and it’s hands down one of the best places to train. The facility is always spotless and really well-maintained, and all the equipment is up-to-date and in great condition there’s always something new being added. Parking is never an issue either, which makes things super convenient.

What really sets this gym apart, though, is the atmosphere. Pedro, the owner, is always polite and down-to-earth. He jokes around with everyone like he’s one of us, not just the guy running the place. His friendly energy really sets the tone for the whole gym. I also occasionally see his wife around, and she has always come across as one of the nicest people genuine and kind every time I’ve interacted with her.

Evox Fit is a great gym. The owner, the trainers, the workers, and the people here are very welcoming and they make it a good environment to workout in. No doubt the best gym I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. All equipments are new, and the gym is super clean. There's always someone cleaning all day long. The environment, energy, music literally everything about this gym is 100%. I'm happy I found this place. Other than the two floors full of organized equipments (they are organized by body area) there's also a big cross training area with everything you might need for crossfit/cross training workouts. Oh and they have tanning and sauna. Truly the best. Go check it out.. you won't regret it!

Going to the gym is a love hate thing with me but I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the team of personal trainers here. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The facility itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere, but what really sets it apart is the staff.

The personal trainers are not only incredibly attentive but clearly very well-educated in their craft. They take the time to understand your goals, tailor programs specifically for your needs, and ensure you’re using proper form to avoid injury. Every session feels purposeful and motivating. You can tell they truly care about your progress and overall well-being.

From the moment I walk into Evox and get greeted at the entrance, from the moment I walk out I feel like I am apart of a supporting Cummins and I love it!

Excellent gym. Great machines. If you ever been a member to any other gym in the area, you’ll know how long it takes to fix a machine when it’s broken. At Evox, I’ve never seen a broken machine for over a day. Even when it’s “crowded”, it’s still not to the point where you’ll have to wait for the machine you need. Working hours is great, if you’re not needy. Every time I had to change something related to my payment or had a question, I got to do it/ask over WhatsApp without any problem. Front desk staff is polite. I’ve seen people playing dumb on purpose, and they were still patient. Owners and personal trainers are also friendly and polite. And this is coming from someone who tried every single gym in the area before finding this one. The only thing I can’t give my opinion is over withdrawal, but there is a contract in place for a reason and anyone who has a business or works for one, should understand that and should not expect them to be nice, just because. IT IS A BUSINESS.
If you’re considering, go for a daily pass and see it for yourself.

The biggest issue for me is the radio volume at 6:00am. Since there is no front desk at this time so no one control the volume and it’s extremely insane loud at 6am. If u have a personal trainer it’s even worse because u must scream to hear each other so every day u got to ask the personal trainer to text the owners to lower the volume to have a decent atmosphere. It’s a good gym. The front desk hours is not the greatest since they have specific hours and even when they do have someone working they don’t stay all the time at the front desk then u have to find where is the person 😕. So if u want to use the sauna before 8am during the week or anytime during the weekend u won’t be allowed since during that time there is no one at the front desk and the same goes if u desire to buy a pre- workout or even a shake but when I did the membership no one said about the sauna schedule.

I had been a loyal member at Evox Fitness for a year. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. I submitted my cancellation notice on the day I received my 11 month billing receipt via email. Strategically they send it 29 days before the next billing, instead of 30 (same day). I requested cancellation on that day (29 days) before my next billing date-just one day short of their 30-day policy-and they rigidly refused to accommodate this minor difference.

Despite hardly using the facilities for months as I was traveling abroad and moving to a new house. they still charged me for the last billing cycle. I reached out, hoping for a gesture of goodwill and common decency, but flexibility and understanding were clearly not priorities. They are now looking to do the same with my wife who is trying to cancel and has a few months left on her contract, looking to make her uphold it to the end, even tho we moved 18 miles away and the drive to and from the gym would be an hour. They do not consider this far enough… who wants to spend an hour in the car just to go to the gym? Common sense is completely null here. This is a poor way to treat members who pay a steep price tag for a mediocre gym membership to begin with, If you're considering this gym, be aware: their policies are strict, and member satisfaction seems low on their list.

Poor customer service and the woman at the front desk is arrogant and rude. Told me my membership was successfully cancelled then turned around and claimed that I owed 3 months. I was charged while out of the country and recovering from a surgery. This is not my local gym but I like to come once in a while with my boyfriend when I’m in the area and pay the 15 dollar guest fee.Things seemed to be different when I came in on Saturday. The manger told me I couldn’t work out because the reception was closed. Yet she was walking in and out the reception area and also opened the register a few times.So instead of taking my money and letting me work out.I had to wait in the lobby area until he was done working out.I was in shook Very bad and rude costumer service.She easily could have took the money and allowed me to work out but choose not too. How are you going to deny gym access to a guest who drove over to use your gym. When you have full access to your reception area in my face.She left a bad taste in my mouth and I did enjoy coming here .But now I don’t know if I will be returning after the way I was treated by the manger.

The First time I had a contract with the gym about a year ago they over charged me more than $200 dollars a year! but I “understood” that they had a problem with a old company they had to charge people that actually over charged me (even though my contract was with Evoxfit and they were supposed to be the one to help me with my problem, they never did!) Today they used a misleading advertising that all woman had zero enrollment for the month of October and after spend $25 on a uber when I got there they told me that It was only for 12 months contracts!! I have no idea why I tried Evox again! This gym only had me mad and bring me problems!! Such a beautiful gym with 0 respect for the costumers!!

By far the most well designed gym! You have cardio in the first floor and the weights in the second! You have every range of gym goers that come! The trainers there are also extremely helpful, even when they are busy. The staff are impeccable always friendly and always have a smile on!

This is the best gym i’ve been in. The personal trainers are very professional. The snack bar has great proteins shakes and it’s a great experience. The equipment is very clean as for the whole gym itself. Really recommend it.

Staff is very good and polite. Gym is new, very clean, all new machines a lot of machines...It's amazing 😃😃💪💪. Instructors are present all the time for any advice or suggestions. It's a great place to workout.

best GYM I’ve been too in a long time! It’s not like your usual gym where it smells as bad as their music, this freaking gym has its own DJ. ITS A SPAZZ!!! Super nice people, very welcoming, and well ran! You walk through those yellow doors you better be ready to sweat.
