A very well prepared staff who has your workout plan ready before you walk in the door. You get pushed and worked hard but your body will thank you for it later. Great program if you’re interested in getting your physical fitness better and to a certain extent your mental fitness better as well. I am about 3 weeks into my experience here and it's great. I found their ad on Facebook inviting people in their 40s who want to get back in shape and I knew it would help me refocus since I fell off-track turned 40 just before COVID restrictions. It's a very comfortable environment with lots of support and NO MIRRORSπŸ˜‚. The coaches and many of the people working out are over 40 or 50 so it's a great place to reconnect with your body and celebrate it NOW and not stay wishing for how it used to be.

I am a 62 year old man who once worked out regularly. During the peak of Covid I was hospitalized and given steroids for 30 plus days. I suffered from long term effects of Covid. I attempted to restart some fashion of exercise but a week or two was my best effort before stopping. Chip has gotten me on a series of exercises that don’t necessarily feel good in the gym but feel wonderful outside the facility. My gate as I walk the golf course is amazing. I have a knee replacement and a bad left knee but I feel stronger than I have in years!

I’ve been training here since October 2021 and can honestly say that I’ve achieved incredible results training under Coach Chip and Coach Vic. They are terrific motivators and are able to get the best out of their clients. When I was looking for a new place to train and achieve my fitness goals, I wanted somewhere that I’d get one on one attention and a challenging program. I definitely get both here. I live in an apartment complex with a full size gym equipped with everything needed to workout...after living here three years and using it only a handful of times, I decided to try Fast 3.0. I need structure and accountability and now I dutifully show up at my required times on the required days to train! Guess what? This works so well for me! The semi-private training sessions with the extremely knowledgeable Coach Vic and Coach Chip really help to keep me motivated and focused and ensure I do things correctly and don't get hurt. I am 63-years old and see all age groups in the studio. The personalized program adapts to any level and builds (gets harder and heavier) and you progress. I also read their daily messages and am choosing to eat healthier most of the time! After the 6-week challenge, I see results and just signed up for 6-months more!

Very happy that I stumbled upon Fast 3.0. Coach Chip and Coach Vic have created a terrific workout environment for people not looking for a huge gym to get lost in. There are a maximum of 5 people working out at any one time. You get a personalized workout 3 days a week, and you have a coach there to motivate you and correct any mistakes you are making. They keep it a nice balance of having fun, but also being tough when needed to make sure you are working your hardest. Highly recommended.

When I came to Fast 3.0 Training Studio, I was mentally, physically, and emotionally sick. I had been diagnosed with a disease that was changing my life, my body, and stealing my hope. I had been trying various things over the pandemic and by the time I reached Coach Chip and Coach Vic, I was crying like a baby. I knew I was in safe hands when they spoke encouragement to the emotional parts of me. I felt safe and was able to trust them with my truth.
Coach Chip created and adjusted my workout program multiple time to keep me engaged in my workouts. I experienced in-studio training and in the gym.
Coach Vic led me through my nutrition coaching and has literally changed my life. I've learned so much more than what not to eat. I learned about thought life, emotional awareness, and my power of choice. Our weekly sessions empowered me to learn, try, and make mistakes in a judge-free environment.
Together the have both changed my life, equipping me with tools to ensure that I can be consistent with weight and nutrition for the rest of my life...
When I started in March, I weighed 202 lbs. As of today, I am down 28 lbs!

I have been a member there since Sept 16 and I couldn't be happier. The owners are continuously coming up with new ways to motivate and inspire their clients, unlike many gyms I've been to that only focus on bringing in new clients. In fact, I was ill and unable to attend for a couple weeks and Chip actually texted me to make sure I was okay and coming back in at some point. The members are at all different fitness levels and encourage each other. Wonderful to work with trainers every time I walk in the door. Would highly recommend checking it out.

I have trained with Coach Chip for many years and have known Coach Vic for a lot of years too. They both will push you to do your best and teach you the proper form and the reason why you are doing what you are doing. They keep the workouts challenging and if modifications are needed they will provide them. Total workout time is 30-40 minutes, so you push hard then you're done. Come see what all the excitement is all about. It is a very friendly atmosphere and at times comical.

I began training with Chip over 3 years ago and can say I still enjoy it and have NOT yet become bored with the workouts. I’ve always done some form of exercise, but prior to starting with Chip, I was one of those people at the gym who did the elliptical for 45-60 minutes, maybe a few sit-ups and wondered why I wasn’t seeing any results. After joining Chip’s program I quickly realized it is not the length of time you exercise but what you do during your workout that will get you to your goal. The 30 minute workout sessions are different each day, challenging, and at times can even be fun. Both coach Chip and Victoria push you to do your best but not in an intimidating way. I find each are passionate about their job and want to see their clients succeed. There is no turning back for me, I am very happy I made the switch over 3 years ago. I started with Chip about 3 or 4 years ago. In 2016, I made the mistake of switching to the new shiny gym that I thought would be more convenient and less money for me. Boy, was I wrong! The convenience was lost due to planning my own workouts, fighting for equipment, and working around class schedules that didn't fit my schedule. The money was lost to paying extra for classes and, honestly, losing all motivation to actually go to the gym. I finally returned to Fast 3.0 at the start of 2017 and felt at home once again. The open schedule cannot be beat and Chip and Victoria's professional guidance assure me I am always working to my full potential correctly. I love their structure and I love the daily variation. The members make Fast 3.0 feel like a second home. No matter your level, everyone there supports you and makes you feel welcome and proud. This is not just a gym, but a fantastic experience!

I can't recommend highly enough. I came to Chip as an adventure with my sister. She wanted to join for the holidays and I got dragged along. That was in January. I now find myself in July doing things I never thought I would. My confidence has changed, my body has changed and so has my mindset.
