This the best gym I have ever been. I recommend to everyone who wants to really be in shape. My body is sore everytime I go home but that let's me know I was doing something right. The trainer knows how to get you in shape and make you sweat everytime you hit the gym. Don't take my word, just join to really know what I mean. Coach Nelson is a great coach.

Not only has this place been life changing for my family and I, it has actually helped my marriage. My wife and I take the adult classes together and training together has brought us even closer together then we were. We are feeling better about ourselves and living healthier life styles. The staff here is amazingly friendly and super knowledgeable. They also have a great line of supplements behind the counter to help you achieve your goals. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Coach Nelson not only teaches boxing and self defense, but he boosts morale, takes a personal interest in all of the kids, and makes sure that they have fun while learning. He has an incredible ability of relating, listening and understanding kids of all ages. My 11 year old daughter and 12 year old son always come out feeling good about themselves and enjoying the class. Coach Nelson is an A- one coach and role model!

Coach Nelson is AMAZING!! my 12 yo. My children have been training with Coach Nelson for going on two years. We are a neurodiverse family and the patience and care Coach takes to make sure every kid understands how to do a move and why is so heart filling to see.

The new gym space is beautiful and thoughtfully equipped. There are separate areas for bag work and cardio conditioning allowing multiple people/groups to utilize the space simultaneously without a wait.
