Entering, Fire-Shaper of North Haledon, feels like, you walked into a safe room, with a hug of peace and tranquility covering you from head to toe. There is always a warm smile greeting you as you enter. All the worries seem to be stripped away, allowing you to leave all the negativity outside.

I took my first class at Fireshaper NH in 2013 I was so inspired it was an incredible experience.. I became a Fireshaper yoga teacher in 2014. Over the years I have traveled around the US and abroad there just isn't another studio like Fireshaper NH anywhere. It’s the best of the best
In every way. Acceptance, Kindness, Authenticity, Respect, truly inspiring.

Hot Mat Pilates and Blaze with Lisa are intense and exhilarating workout experiences! They focus on generating detoxifying sweat, lubricating connective tissue, stretching muscles, reducing stress/anxiety and increasing the pliability of ligaments. I love these activities. I recommend them to everyone. Lisa is a master at modifying her classes for every level of yoga practice. You are in great hands with Lisa whether you are trying something new or looking to push the limits. She will guide and nurture your mind, body and soul. NAMASTE!

As a self defense instructor, I’ve found that hot yoga is an important adjunct modality. Fire Shaper is the stand out studio in our area. The instructors are incredibly accommodating and cater to all skill levels.

One of the best yoga studios around the area. Classes are very well structured, a great mixture of strengthening and stretching. The instructors are very knowledgable and are constantly motivating, demonstrating, and engaging with the students. Classes are well worth the money. You really feel like you get a good workout in with the heated room.

I attended classes at this location once it opened up after it had been closed due to covid. Lisa taught many classes during that time and her love of yoga totally inspired me. I bought packages, followed covid rules and got to enjoy many wonderful classes safely. As rules lifted and more people entered the room, yoga mat placement was marked with tape; everyone was socially distant. I stopped attending in June of 2021 only because I landed a job. The people in the classes with me were grateful to attend. The yoga and heat at Fireshaper are worth the money. The people and teachers have always been kind and understanding…. From out of town and I have visited this studio a number of times when I am visiting family. Went to a class recently and got called out 3 times in front of the class for modifying into an arm balance. I was in the corner being quiet and went completely with the flow of instructions. The instructor would say “we are not doing that right now!” and “this is MY class”. I looked around and saw other people modifying, flipping dogs with out instruction and even taking head stands literally seconds after I got scolded. Was afraid to do any sort of modification from there on that and felt completely uncomfortable. She even laughed at me with a few others on the other side of the room after saying “yeah, AGAIN not doing that right now!”. Not sure why she was picking on me, but where I do yoga back home this would never happen or be tolerated. I was completely distracted for the class and made me never want to come back. Although it was her class I paid $25 for it to get scolded, embarrassed and distracted.
