I have been with Fred for over 10 years and I love how he taylors my workouts to my own specific needs. He is also very knowledgeable about wellness and nutrition. I love the private workout area and if your New Years resolution is getting in shape “Fit by Fred”is a great place to start🏋️♂️

Fred’s knowledge of anatomy and nutrition and his experience in training all body shapes and conditions places him head and shoulders above the normal gym trainers you may have had in the past. My workout are challenging without any risk of injury due to his monitoring proper form thoughout every movement. Have gotten results. Studio is spotless and well equipped.

This is not just a place to go grunt it out for a half hour. Fred offers custom built programs to fit each individual. My dad just started with him at 72 to keep the wheels greased. And he’s a good guy to boot...

Fred always tailors my routine for my needs and goals since I have osteoporosis was told to do weight training. When I explained my routine to my doctor, she said I am doing exactly what I need to do. She is very pleased with my results and my blood work shows improvement. Plus it's fun. So win win for me.

I have been training with Fred for over 10 years.
Fred always offers innovative and creative ways to workout, while keeping the main focus on form. I have learned that doing 5 solid repetitions is sometimes more effective than 10 sloppy ones.
Also when needed, Fred offers words of wisdom about the body and mind. He is a very loyal trainer and highly recommended!
