Don’t normally do this , but not sure what the guy w/ the bad review is taking about , you can get thousands of dollars worth of free material they put out on you tube before ever setting foot inside. If you want personal training from a place that gets it ( & trust me 60+ years & 45 yrs of training on & off) this is the place!

I just read N Rossano's review and I can't say I knew what this place was like 3 years ago, but they're here still and I couldn't be more grateful to have the opportunity to train here. Unfortunately it takes money to do a lot of things and to get the best of the best. However I'm always offered extra things without having to pay for it at Fit For Life. I started attending the UTC (nutritional) seminars that have really helped me with eating better and the seminars were free. If you come here and slack off, you'll get your but kicked metaphorically, but it's tough love. They aren't there just to be a successful business, they are there to take you to where you want to be. I love this place because they hold me accountable to me and they are adding years to my life. I'm mentally sharper and I'm happier. Also, the environment there is great. All of the customers are so nice to each other. Its like another family to me.

Don't go here. All they care about is your money and the clients who spend a lot. Every time I walked in i felt like I was stared down and no noone ever offered to help since I didn't spend a fortune here. Go elsewhere. Somewhere that really cares about their clients and not the money. Initially when I went there I was told I was getting a discount service by running on the g tredmill they have there , but in all reality it was the same price as always. Ignorant people.
