Let me summarize everything what happens here there are two trainers both are awesome .you do only 20 minutes workout 10 minutes trainer will explain the exercises and you just do 20 minutes non-stop. they give you diet .everyday different exercises so you don't get bored. the gym timing around 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and around 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. the negative thing is it's expensive $160 a month

Getting there is the hardest part, but just get there. A very unique and extremely motivating workout experience. The trainers are amazing. They help you realize what you are capable of. Very clean. Also. Itβs 30 minutes! Someone once told me, you can do ANYTHING for 30 minutes. You have to try it for yourself to see if itβs the place for you- but try it and enjoy the experience while jump starting you health!

Rude staff at front, and the room is small. I went in to sign up, but decided not to because there were a total of maybe 10 people who looked cramped in the small studio.

I joined South Brunswick Fit Body Boot Camp eleven weeks ago. In that time I have lost over 20 pounds, learned to eat healthy, gained a tremendous amount of confidence, and met many amazing people!! If you are looking for a place where you not only transform your body, but also your mind, South Brunswick Fit Body Boot Camp is that place.

I am working out here for last six months and I love this place. Itβs only 30 minutes but itβs worth it. Here people are very supportive and motivating. I am happy that I joined here ( immediately after I moved from India, this is what I did) I am happy that I am loosing my weight and gaining my confidence. Would 100% recommend.

Never imagined saying that I enjoy working out. Fitbody Bootcamp is the reason for it. I love the fact that the classes are only 30 mins and no class is ever the same, which makes it feel like the first time every time! The support that you get from the coaches and the other memebers there is like no other, certainly something you wonβt find at a regular gym. I am losing weight, putting in the work, but also having fun. Looking forward to the months ahead.

I have been working out at FBBC for over a year. During this time I have lost over 40 lbs, gained a lot of muscle and met a lot of great supportive people. The 30 minute class time is fantastic, as it fits my schedule, yet I am fitter now than when I was taking hour long classes. If you want to get fit with a lot of great supportive people FBBC is a great option in South Brunswick (and Princeton!).

Terrible Customer service. Attempted several to call facility to inquire about membership and class schedule. Left several voicemails and not one was returned. I drove to the facility in late afternoon to speak with someone and the doors were locked. I emailed and asked for a membership quote. The manager insisted she could not give a quote via email and to come in. Waste of time!!

These classes are very motivating. The workouts are never exactly the same and I feel like my whole body has been getting stronger. There's a variety of body weight/HIIT exercises mixed up with cardio, boxing, light weights, and basic gym equipment. All the trainers are great. Even when there are a lot of people in the class, they try to point out how to improve form and move around the class. They provide modifications for beginners and are really encouraging. I especially like Ray, who leads the 5:15AM classes, but unfortunately he's moving away. During the challenges they provide a meal plan, consultations with a nutritionist and they have an active community online, which helps motivate you to eat healthy. All in all it's a very good program they have in place. I'm moving to PA soon and it will be too far away for me to continue. I'm just hoping I can find a gym half as motivating when I move.

I would't know, how the trainers are being it feels like false advertising to get people into the South Brunswick location. I was very excited to start at East Windsor, which is still an active option when registering for the program!
I was a little surprised to find out the challenge would not be starting in East Windsor location. I do understand things happen, however I NEVER asked for a refund I was willing to wait until they opened. I currently do not have a car and the push to go to the South Brunswick location was a little to aggressive. If I wanted to sign up in South Brunswick I would have signed up long ago! I do not want to hear things like "your body will thank you", I have enough self esteem issues, comments like those make people feel some type of way.
I will still try them out when & if they actually open an East Windsor location, till then I guess I'll stick with WOW.
