I love this little gym. I am a professional bodybuilder which means I have to train everyday. After 12 years I simply cannot stomach big gyms 7 days a week anymore. Too many people, too much noise just too much for me to deal with daily at 4.30am. I ended up at 1440 due to the fact it is open 24/7 and I am so glad I joined. It is a small, clean gym with new machines and enough stuff for you to have a truly great work out. The guy who signed me up and who works early in the morning is super nice and very friendly. Dumbbells up to 100lbs, 2 squat racks and a deadlifting platform, preweighted barbells up to 110lbs. Good stuff all around.

A pretty poor experience. Classes cancelled daily and the shower pressure is sub-par. Having been a member at other gyms, the equipment across the board is just below average all around

Absolutely an amazing gym. New equipment, friendly staff. It has everything you need in a gym. Plus you can have access 24/7. Doesn't get much better than that.

Just started going here recently and LOVE the set up and staff. They have a great variety of equipment and resources, shakes are great and staff is knowledgeable about fitness and very helpful. I'm a self proclaimed gym rat and I can get everything I need here in a good space without the big box gym feel which is awesome. Give 1440 a try, you'll love it!

Really glad I joined. The staff really show an interest, and there are lots of classes to participate in. The equipment is really top notch, and if you're a barbell lifter, you can't find a better priced gym around. If you're curious, definitely take the time to stop in and take a look around.
