Their customer service sucks, both on the phone and at the desk. They need individuals who can politely deal with the public and explain and answer questions so customers know what they are buying in. I regret doing business with them. If you have bad attitude or problem stay home and lock yourself in your room. The worst experience is people having an attitude with you over your money that is paying them.

I’ve gone to this gym for months and I had a question since I was charged a large amount instead of the usual monthly amount. I visited and asked kindly and the woman at the desk (I’d presume new cause I’ve never seen her) gave me a lot of attitude and would answer my questions aggressively. I didn’t catch her name since I wanted to end the conversation and leave immediately. I hope she was just having a bad day and couldn’t control her emotions

Tried this gym out to see if I would join since it’s closer to where I live. Welp. Thank God I got a free pass to workout. The gym needs to be maintained better. It’s very dirty and most likely you can get warts on your hands because the equipment is not clean. I had to wash my hands after touching the weights. And before leaving. Also the floor pads by the dumbbell section is terrible! The floor is not leveled.

As others have written on their reviews, this place will keep charging you AFTER you cancelled your membership. I cancelled a few months ago because I did not have time to go the gym. Not only did I get charged a "cancellation fee," but I was also charged even more regardless! This is ridiculous! If you value your money, don't come here! Seek some other place. I gave two stars because the equipment is otherwise functioning.

Scam gym that will keep charging you monthly even after you’ve canceled. I canceled in oct and they said they’d charge me for the next month (why?) but I have been getting charged every month since. To top it off the dude behind the desk was rude and seemed to take it personally like I’d done something wrong when I canceled. It was wrong to go to this s***hole in the first place. Stay clear

worst gym ever staff is rude as hell specially their so called manager.. i cancelled my son's account back in may 2018 and now in july 2018 still being charged, when i called requesting a refund they said without the cancellation receipt we cant give you your money back, like dont they have a log of that.. and when asked to speak with the owner since i was a previous member and knew him they gave me the run around..one of the many reasons why i left staff is rude and un-prefessional special manager Pablo who was the worst.

Not bad for a small gym, have not had a bad experience here, just wish they had an aerobics room. Dawru tries with the boot camps but the surface is too hard for jumping and leave my feet aching. Staff is always pleasant, smiles and welcomes you on entry. For 10 per month I won't complain. You get what you pay for.
