Caution: DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. Fitness 19 continues to charge my son's credit card even though he took all the steps they required to quit this gym. It's now a year later! Can't get them to stop charging the credit card. Looks like legal action is going to be required.

Not a bad gym. Good value, good staff. Very affordable. $10 for a day pass. Kinda on the small side and there only one squat rack.

This place needs cleaning wipes so members can clean the machines prior to and after use...like SNAP Fitness...please invest and classes should be included in the membership

Staff are great, gym is perfect but the people with no gym etiquette who stand literally infront of the free weights is just terrible either i say excuse me or they dont get the hint and i legit go inbetween them and the weights

I decided to join a gym for the first time it was ok at first for a couple months.Because of my work I decided to end my gym membership , I went there in july 2018 and spoke to the Spanish lady that works in the evening, she said my last date would be in September.
They send me a text stating that my card expire only to find out that the expired date they wrote down was incorrect. The said lady who work in the evenings told me that I have to pay the late payment , I told her that they are the ones who made the mistake , she informed me with an attitude that there is nothing she can do about it , I told her that I'd like to speak to the manager , she said she is the manager and I have to pay it. I have no problem paying but to make late payment on a bill that who ever wrote the number wrote it down incorrectly and it's no fault of the customer then a consideration should be made to waive the late fee. This is not a good way to treat a customer. This ladies attitude is not nice .The other workers are very pleasant.

This gym is a rip off, I canceled my membership in March and they still charged me matience fee and a month of membership for the month of April. I dont even live here no more hens the reason I canceled my membership. Highway robbery!!! Stop robbing people's money.

Small gym, not a huge selection of equipment, not the cleanest and for about the same you can go to the retro down the street... but here's the real issue. I signed up a while back and had a deal to pay a dollar for the typically 20 dollar joining fee... cool, literally only reason I chose it over another place (that and they opened at 5) so sign up. Owner lady wasn't a huge fan of doing this deal but agreed. Later on I check my bank account and see they charged me that 20 bucks opposed to just a dollar, so I bring it up and she catches attitude about it saying it's already cheap enough. What!?!? Anyway, she refunds the money, begrudgingly and with attitude. Not a cool thing to do. I will never go back here, check out the retro instead cause this place was not cool, owner lady killed it, other employees were nice though.

Stay Away! The gym is basic, you can find another gym thats local for the same money with sauna and way better equipment. Upon signing up everyone is super friendly and nice. When trying to cancel the "ugly side" comes out. The female manager is super rude and also lies out of her teeth! Glad we switched gyms!

No frills gym. No showers, but has a changing room and kids room.

Staff and management are super friendly and nice, and they're very good with keeping the equipment clean and sanitary with regular wipe downs. Can get busy on Mondays - but if you go early (before 8am), you should be okay. Extraordinarily affordable membership made this a no-brainer for me!

I cancelled my member ship because I had a back surgery, I called there, they told me was okay, never told me that I had to go there to cancel, I could not go any way .Than I sent a letter and some one from there with a pen rote any date like saying that was the date I was going back and they kept taking money from my account, I realized that 3 years after. When I called theme to ask the reason they told me that was because I never cancelled. Now he wants me to go there to cancelled and told me that If I don't go for the next 3 months is going to charge me $15 more and If I don't pay he is going to send the bill to a collection agency.Nice way to make money, stilling from somebody else.

I recently moved to NJ and had not had the chance to get a NJ drivers license. That being said, I needed to find a gym in the area so I chose Fitness 19 since it is close to my house. I went in and asked front desk (white douchelord who is bald with blue eyes) for a day pass to check out the equipment because I am INTERESTED in joining their gym. He REFUSED to let me in because their day passes are only for "potential members" who want to join their gym and since I had a out of state license that I clearly am not a potential member. I explained that I just moved here and will show them my school ID if they don't believe me and he said "Sorry, we can't give you a day pass. But have a nice day" and went on to help the person behind me. LA Fitness it is!
