Brett has been very encouraging and helpful on my journey to become more fit. He customizes exercises that are challenging and target my weaknesses. He checks in during the week to see how things are going and when we meet in person, he is able to determine any progress I've made as well as correct any movements I am doing incorrectly. He explains why we are doing certain movements and how they will benefit me. Brett is professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

As someone who suffers from anxiety, I was nervous to take a fitness class. Bret, the instructor, helped me comfortable and made the class fun! He let us through an intense work, but made the music, the atmosphere and his style of teaching made more enjoyable than anything. I definitely felt it the next day. I cannot wait for Flex Room Fitness to offer more classes!

I recently had the pleasure of working out with Brett from Flex Room Fitness and took advantage of his 3-pack outdoor gym package at Grover Cleveland Park.
The sessions were fantastic! I loved the balance of calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, and band work. It was a lot of fun, and his playlist wasnβt too shabby either. Five out of five burpees!

Brett is an incredible fitness instructor! He catered a workout plan specific to my needs and goals. He is extremely patient and thorough with strong attention to detail. Brett brings a lot of high energy in his classes and certainly motivated me to give it my all. I saw results (especially in my upper body) after a short period of time and still use the workout plan he created for me to this day! Thank you Brett!

The group workout sessions for Flexroom Fitness has been an amazing addition to my workout program!
