I have been going to fresh for over a year now and I cannot say enough great things about this gym and staff. I train with both Rob and Sage and they are both so awesome. I found Fresh PT after years of trying to make a strength training program and stick to it. I bought the dumbbells and the apps and followed the influencers but I never knew if I was doing the right things so I would give up. I finally decided it was time to outsource the whole thing. As someone who has always struggled to find a fitness routine that I can stick to, I cannot recommend Fresh Personal Training enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt included and welcomed by the friendly staff. The atmosphere was not intimidating, and I immediately felt at ease.
My trainer, Sage, was fantastic. She listened to my goals and tailored each workout to challenge me while also being mindful of my limitations. Her positive attitude and encouragement made me want to push myself harder, and I always left feeling accomplished and motivated.
The workouts themselves were varied and engaging. Sage incorporated a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, which kept things interesting and helped me see progress in all areas of my fitness.
My experience at Fresh Personal Training has been nothing short of excellent. The inclusive environment, great workouts with Sage, and the desire to consistently come back have made it easy for me to stick to my fitness goals. Sam is an amazing trainer who knows when to push while understanding your abilities. I’ve been training with Cate for about 6 months. Before that, my daughter has been training with her for years. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2020, and when I finished therapy, I started seeing Cate. Cate has been patient with me as I have gotten stronger. And I have gotten stronger! She knows how to push me and when I need a break. I can say that her help has been instrumental in my success. I’ve lost weight. I got on the scale and I was amazed that it told me that I was the same weight as high school when I played football. I look forward to working out with her, and even when I work out at home Cate has given me strategies that I use by myself. I can honestly say that working with Cate has been a life changing experience.

Rob and his talented team of professional trainers are the best! They are so approachable and accommodating, not to mention super knowledgeable. I had TJ for 5 sessions, who took everything I said to him, including which muscles I wanted to improve, into consideration. The facility is very clean and well kept, and nice to work out in. I'm running my first marathon in November and wanted to add targeted strength to my training. the intro rate @ Fresh was too good to pass up - after only a few weeks I am already noticing a difference. I feel stronger, but also notice a big difference in my runs - my miles are faster and easier than they have been in *years*. I'm super excited to purchase more sessions and know they'll be a huge part of me crossing the finish line in November!

My wife and I joined FRESH just after Thanksgiving of 2021 and have been training for the past five months with few interruptions.
FRESH offers two separate gyms adjacent to one another and while each is unique both are equally good. The second location allows added flexibility and ensures clients have the full compliment of equipment and space, even when others are working out.
The facility is bright, well- organized and kept as clean as any gym I’ve ever seen. Everything you need to train is right on site. All of the equipment works as intended and is kept in excellent condition.
Once you sign up for a training package, FRESH utilizes an on line scheduling system to keep your sessions organized. This system automatically texts reminders for upcoming sessions and allows you to modify the schedule or trainer if necessary. In the unlikely event a trainer previously scheduled has a conflict, other trainers are readily available to keep you on track.
My experience with Rob Lantos and his talented staff of trainers has been extremely positive. For the past three months I’ve been working exclusively with Brandon Pincus. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. Although I train three days a week, he constantly modifies and varies the regimen and body part focus to keep the workouts FRESH and interesting. More importantly, Brandon pushes me beyond my perceived limits while simultaneously encouraging me achieve my best. Simply put, Brandon Pincus is a true professional who achieves results, cares about his clients and takes joy in their success. Through his tutelage I have lost almost 20 pounds and gained muscle, strength and confidence. I look forward to future successes as summer nears.

Fresh Personal Training helped me get my body back after my last two babies. They are friendly and truly care about your development. My trainer is PERFECT for me and the owner Rob is so supportive. It feels like a family there. We know about each other's kids and truly care about each other. Rob has put together a great group of trainers. First let’s start off with the facilities. Fresh has 2 top studios to work with clients in. They’re extremely clean, well fitted out and give everyone the six feet that they need in todays society. I joined Fresh Personal Training after moving to Monmouth County and it has positively transformed my relationship with strength based exercises. The trainers are highly experienced and intentional with every workout they create. The trainers keep you motivated through your workout and most importantly, offer modifications. This is very important when working with a trainer because every one who steps into that gym has a different body type or could be dealing with injury. They do an incredible job of tailoring their workouts to your specific needs. They are not only knowledgeable and professional in their craft, but beyond friendly.

I was afraid to head into a gym with the coronavirus pandemic. Fresh was able to set me up with personal training sessions through zoom, so I could work out in the comfort of my own home. The trainers are amazing. I have no workout equipment at home and the they are still able to do everything from cardio to strength training. It's so great to be able to get my health back on track even at times like this!

The Fresh gym is well run, clean, friendly and safe. I am 65 and the trainers carefully encourage me to do more than I think I can. As a result, I am getting stronger and I am starting to lose weight. I want to stay as fit as I can as I age. Fresh trainers treat me like I can be every thing that I want to be no matter how old I am. It is busy but never feels crowded. My fellow exercisers are teens to older than I am. I’ve been going to Fresh gym for two years. I love the personal attention I get. My trainer,Kelly,is fabulous. I’m 69 years old and she helps me maintain my balance,muscle, and bone density by providing varied workouts.

After years of not working out, I returned to Fresh Personal Trainers gym where I had previously trained with positive results. Although the fitness studio has a new look, the owner, Rob, has still kept his traditional high standard of individualized personal training. The newest addition to Rob’s professional staff is Ramin who has been challenging me to strengthen my core to improve my flexibility and balance. With Ramin’s motivation and training, my energy level is up and I have been achieving my fitness goals.

Approximately 2+ years ago, in the doldrums of my just past mid-30s, upon climbing a short flight of stairs and getting terribly winded, I came to the realization that my health was more important than everything. Having children and being out of shape as well as with a high stress job as a physician, I needed to get and stay motivated to improve my overall health by losing weight, gaining more endurance and gaining strength.
Never the most athletic of types, working out regularly was never a habit that I developed. As such, I sought guidance from experienced and nonjudgmental trainers.
With a rather shy personality and with extreme lack of confidence, my wife pointed me in the direction of Rob, Lenny (and in 2017 - Kate and Brandon).
Fresh personal training is an intimate gym perfectly suited for people like me. With the motivation that Rob and crew provide - I am now in the best shape of my life. I have energy, stength and endurance. I enjoy working out now and feel deprived when I don’t regularly get my 3 days a week minimum in.
The hours are great and the trainers really work with your schedule, understanding that busy professionals have weird hours.
I’m blessed most importantly from the friendships I have developed at Fresh. Rob, Lenny, Kate and Brandon are genuinely good people with great hearts and the warmth to keep people so comfortable during activities that may be personally uncomfortable to do.
I will continue going here - by far the best gym and trainers in the region.

My teenage son has been training with Rob Lantos at Fresh since last year. Rob provides the type of training that is difficult yet encouraging and very instructional.
